Found Stone's Cove KitBar the usual way - Google Maps search for restaurants near our hotel (was also on hotel website for local dining.) Thought the concept looked cool with food prepared at the bar. All the personnel were friendly and almost all behind the bar stopped to say a few words. Lots of TVs so I'm sure game days are crowded. Menu is fabulous. Kind of upscale comfort food. Started with Lump Crab Dip which was the only thing we found lacking. There really wasn't any lump crab; the white cheddar was very good, though. I had the Honey Goat Cheese Chicken and my husband got the Herb Crusted Cod. The combination of the honey with the goat cheese & sundried tomatoes was delicious. My husband first raved about the size of the cod then about how perfectly plated and prepared it was. There are many other items we would like to try if we ever get back. Next time we may skip appetizer so that we have room to get the S'more Flatbread for dessert. I also really enjoyed my Pear Flower Martini(s) 😁.

The food is good but not over the top. The service is also good. Its not that busy for dinner but can be for lunch.

I used to live down the road from this place before I moved to CO in 2016.. There was an awesome manager named Sanjay that made you feel like family. Everything about Stones Cove was great. That was 10 years ago, I guess. The Dirty Deed is/was their best martini- a perfect blend of a dirty martini and a bloody Mary, with horseradish and gorgonzola stuffed olives. It was the best $10 drink in town. Now it's a murky ghost of martinis past, olives stuffed with Bleu cheese - it's not the same. It's also more expensive. I ordered a salad because I saw the state of the flat top, and wanted nothing to do with it. I was truly heartbroken to see what this restaurant has become. It is now the TGI Fridays version of itself. šŸ˜”
