Zero stars if I could. This location’s kitchen incompetence and abysmal customer service turned dinner into an actual health hazard. I ordered an XL Works pizza ($60 order) specifically customized with NO black olives, NO onions, ADD banana peppers, and EXTRA sausage. The box label printed the modifications, yet the kitchen ignored every single one. It showed up covered in black olives. I am allergic to black olives, making their complete lack of attention to tickets an immediate safety issue. When I called the store, an employee promised an immediate remake. After waiting over an hour with nothing showing up, I called back to check the status. A completely different guy answered, rudely told me no remake was ever scheduled, refused to let me speak to a manager, told me to "call back when they aren't busy," and literally hung up on me when I asked for his name. Unbelievably unprofessional. On my third attempt, I finally reached a roving manager named José Díaz. José is the sole reason this entire review isn’t scorched earth. He was professional, listened respectfully, and agreed to process a full refund. The issue is that José couldn't provide any confirmation number or digital receipt—only offering a paper slip if I drove up to the store myself—leaving me with zero proof that my $60 will actually be returned. José deserves credit for cleaning up a mess that wasn't his, but the rest of this shift crew is completely untrustworthy, rude, and careless with basic food safety. Avoid this store.

Very Unhygienic Food Handling I was extremely disappointed by the food-handling practices at this Papa John’s location. I saw two girls and a man preparing food without gloves. One of the employees touched her hair with her bare hand and then continued preparing pizza with the same hand without washing or changing gloves.

Placed an order at 2:30pm and it showed up ice cold at 4pm. The pizza tracker said “on the way” for about an hour. The store was 3 minutes from the pool we were at. I called the restaurant to explain what happened and they just told me to call back some other time, not helpful at all.
