  If you wanna try the worst Big Mac ever, then you have to come here. Ordered my food and they brought it to the table, but that was basically it. No ketchup, no sauces, no straw for the drink. I had to get up from my seat, walk back to the counter, and ask for everything that was missing. Personal working on counter was arguing with another customer when I entered and he was very aggressive with customer who also didn’t like the service. Super disappointing service on top of a pretty mediocre burger. Won’t be rushing back.

  Avoid This Location – Incredibly Slow Service. I would recommend skipping this McDonald's if you're in a hurry. The service here is terribly slow, regardless of how you choose to order. Every time I go through the drive-thru, I’m asked to pull forward and wait in a parking spot, which defeats the whole purpose of "fast" food. Even heading inside doesn't help—the dining service is just as sluggish. It’s consistently frustrating to wait this long for a simple order. Save yourself the time and avoid this spot.

  My boyfriend had ordered the wrong soda for me. I was immediately helped for free! They even let me keep the first drink. While I was waiting a staff member on break, Helen Guevara Store #3297. She engaged me in conversation and was polite, courtesy, and professional. She made me smile as I was leaving. Fantastic customer service. Shout out to Helen Guevara. Thank you so much.

  I usually eat at McDonald’s, but this branch was very disappointing. You can’t even use the bathroom or wash your hands without permission and a code. I would not recommend this location.

  I did not eat but my kids got nuggets, a cheeseburger, McFurry, and frozen drink. The food looks good and as expected. There were a number of tables that were not wiped down when we looked for a table. Also food was not brought to the table even though we had a number tent on the table like we were supposed to. They just announced the order number from the counter. Four stars because of the dine in experience otherwise 5 stars.
