  Unacceptable. I placed my order and the Jimmy John’s called me and said that they are unable to make my order because they are out of bread. If they are out of bread and are unable to make orders then why is the place still open. I know they were just spouting off BS and didn’t want to make my order. This is completely unacceptable. Why is the establishment open if they don’t have any bread? As basically the entire menu is bread.

  UPDATE: After work, I went back to the store with my meatless sandwich and had an awesome conversation with the beautiful person behind the register who had taken my order at lunch. They appreciated the feedback, made me a new sandwich and we had a good conversation. She was a great ambassador for JimmyJohns. Thank you. (Historical information for reference: After 1pm, no rush, ordered a #8 cut in half...... and no meat on the sandwich. 3 dollar tip. Jimmy John's should be embarrassed.)
