- KKKevinMay 13, 20265.0First of all, the food here is excellent. The chicken is freshly prepared, very flavorful, and you feel like you actually get what you pay for. What sets this location apart is the staff and the service. I have always been impressed with the attentiveness and level of service from the staff. Today however I saw them going truly above and beyond. The wonderful cashier was helping to guide a visually impaired woman to the restroom through the store from her seat and was patiently waiting to assist further. He showed a level of care and compassion that was touching, and certainly above and beyond. A+ food, A+ service, A+++ people.

I said clearly that I **cannot tolerate super spicy** and what I got was basically napalm on a bun. I took a couple bites, realized it was inedible for me, and politely asked if I could trade it for something milder. The guy behind the counter literally LAUGHED and said no, like it was a joke that a paying customer couldn’t eat what they were served. So now I’m out the money, my mouth’s on fire, and they think it’s funny. Zero concern for customer service, zero flexibility, just vibes of “we got your money, deal with it.” There are a ton of chicken spots around here that actually care if you can eat the food you buy. Go literally anywhere else.
