    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order and the customer service I received when trying to resolve the issue. My order was incorrect in several ways. I did not receive the hash browns I ordered, the donut I ordered was substituted with a different item, and my sandwich was made with the wrong bread because the store did not have a butter croissant available. I understand that items may occasionally be out of stock, but no one contacted me to ask whether I would accept substitutions. I initially requested a refund through Grubhub, but I did not realize all of the issues at the time and was unable to submit additional refund requests later. When I called the store for assistance, the employee I spoke with was unhelpful and rude. She repeatedly insisted that the hash browns were included in the order, even though they were not. I explained that I had checked the bag carefully and suggested that the store review its security footage if necessary because I have no reason to be dishonest about a missing item. Her response was that she was not a manager and could not do anything further. The employee also stated that the store could not contact customers through Grubhub regarding substitutions. From my own experience working in the food service industry, I know that stores have options to address order issues, substitutions, and customer concerns. At no point was I asked for approval before my items were changed. What disappointed me most was not the mistakes themselves, but the attitude and lack of effort to help resolve the situation. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully when they raise legitimate concerns. I hope management will review this incident, provide additional customer service training, and ensure that employees handle similar situations more professionally in the future. Poor customer service can damage the reputation of an otherwise good business. The phone call was around 17:42 on Friday 19tye June. Thank you for your time and attention.

    I ordered donuts from the app like I normally do. They said they had no record of the order. The individual who picked them up ended up having to pay again. Nobody from the store picks up the phone so I'm trying to get a refund through corporate.

    The worst customer service I've ever received anywhere. They got my order wrong at the drive-thru. So, I had to go in, and the lady with long nails was upset that I came inside. She corrected my order, but with attitude. She should be glad to have a job; I'm sure someone unemployed would love to switch places with her.

    They told me I ordered the wrong drink even though the sticker showed my order correctly. When I corrected them, they said they no longer had the ingredients to make the drink I actually ordered. But once I asked for a refund, they suddenly made the correct drink and gave it to me, then told me I should’ve asked for the right drink from the beginning.

    Every order is wrong. Without fail. They don't keep receipts so you need to prove you ordered what you ordered online. Absolutely terrible service.
