  Sameer who works there didn't scan my code for points properly, i never got my points at all. on top of that; the lady didn't give much chicken at all its ridiculous. Also the chicken one of the pieces tasted like freaking rubber. Don't eat here, keep raising prices to now $11.22 for a damn bowl, its ridiculous.

  We placed a mobile order for pickup. Of the 3 entrees we ordered, we received 1. We also received 2 entrees that were clearly labeled with someone else's name, placed into the bag that clearly had our name on it. My husband indicated that he wanted to be contacted to discuss how to make this situation right, and he has not been contacted two hours later. Also, instead of actual guacamole, our entree had a slice of avocado with a thin layer of guac on it. This is the worst Chipotle location we have tried.

  I always order ahead but a lot of times they don’t keep the food on the shelf even though it says that it’s ready in the app. If you ask them about it they bring out and I’m not sure why the extra step is needed. I see other orders on the shelf and there’s empty space left over

  Skimped my food then when I ask for a little more they ask me to pay extra $6. Give regular portion from the jump then don’t get an attitude when I ask for more. Terrible customer service. You chose to Argue with a customer and have bad body language rather than make it right. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m asking for a limb over some properly sized protein. Then for the next toppings you want to purposely go smaller and smaller. We as customers know how much portion we usually get. Ontop of that im a regular & I know how much portion I get usually at this location. Next time I’m leaving that bowl in front of yall face and going to Reston. I feel as though sometimes you guys portion as if your the one eating and or your feeding your kid. Does it look like I’m 5 foot 4. I’m not you. Give me proper size

  My experience at Chipotle was honestly disappointing. The employee preparing my food was normal and had no issues, but the customer service at checkout was a 0/10. The lady working at the checkout gave me an attitude over a small mistake I made. It really wasn’t a big deal, and I felt like the situation could have been handled much more respectfully and professionally. Mistakes happen, but there’s no reason to give a customer an attitude over something so minor. Overall, the customer service completely ruined my experience.
