- KRKT Roane3 days ago1.0I sat at the drive thru board for 7 minutes before pulling to the window where I sat another 5 minutes and got no response despite someone being at the window. I thought maybe they were closed but when I went to pull off I saw people inside eating so I went inside where I waited at the counter for another 10 minutes. The lady standing at the drive thru walked past me twice and never acknowledged me. Finally a young lady that had been sitting in the corner came to the register and just looked at me. I asked was she there to take my order? She said yes. I ordered 6 original glazed just to be told they were out of original glazed. 🤦🏽♀️ The customer service at both the Tim Price and West Broad location have gone downhill. I stopped going to the Tim Price location. Now I’m done with the West Broad location. The owner should be doing mystery pop ups to see just what’s going on.

- ETEric Taylor6 days ago1.0Came home for the first time in 4 years to enjoy my favorite place to be just to be told “No we sold out, if we sold out we sold out” and met with extreme hostility no matter how polite I was. I was met with disgust and disdain. I’m only here for a week and tried to get donuts for 2 different days. I hope this is just a bad week for this location.
- SVSnivy VuJun 17, 20261.0ask my hubby to go in and ordor some doughnuts for the road since we started doordashing we also had an order and the cashier was polite and told him the order wasnt ready turn around and ask them to make the order i guess the ppl in the back didnt want to make anything and told us to refund the order try to order something and still say they dont have it and the poor cashier was like "you sure we don't have it or you lying" i know yall close at 10 and i feel like kitchen time should close by 9:30 we were there by 9pm we take our business somewhere else lmao
- TGTruthfully GivenJun 10, 20261.0This is by far is one of the worst Krispy Kreme locations I’ve ever visited. What’s the point of being a donut shop if you never have donuts? It doesn’t matter if it’s morning, afternoon, or evening…most of the time the selection is empty or extremely limited. It’s unbelievable that a Krispy Kreme can run out of Original Glazed donuts all day long. That’s like a pizza shop running out of pizza. If your signature product is constantly unavailable, there’s a serious management and staffing problem that needs to be addressed. The customer service is just as disappointing and employees always have an attitude as if you shouldn’t question them at all. These employees often seem uninterested, and the overall experience feels disorganized and poorly managed. The famous Hot Light is practically never on, so don’t expect fresh hot donuts when you stop by. Management seriously needs to step up, hire more staff, and make donuts throughout the day instead of letting customers walk up to empty display cases. People come to Krispy Kreme expecting fresh donuts, not excuses and bare shelves. Customers shouldn’t have to guess whether a donut shop will actually have its signature donut available or if they have any at all. Especially if you are having to travel across town just to find out everything is non existent. After multiple disappointing visits, I’ve stopped wasting my time. If you’re craving Krispy Kreme, you’re probably better off going to another location. I will be reaching out to corporate because this location is unbelievable.
