They didn’t even spread the seasoning on chicken, it was just in a straight line over a small part of it. The quality of the chicken itself is pretty good.

My sister, uncle, and I all got those big chicken sandwiches (They got mild, I got medium), while my grandma got their medium wings. I found my sando to be quite juicy and spicy, with the coleslaw actually tasting a little sweet. It was very good. My grandma loved her wings so much she talked to one of the chefs for a while about it (she lives on Lake Erie, she doesn't get good chicken there). The cherry on top was watching my young uncle sweating bullets from the mild chicken, but also really enjoying it like the rest of us (they too, live on Lake Erie). Pretty fun experience, shout out to the chef for putting up with a talkative old lady.

Made it clear she had no intention of helping me with the menu by answering any questions. I ordered, she disappeared into the back, handed over a bag and never said Thank You or anything. I was the only customer. About 3:00. It is a fried chicken sandwich with a deli pickle chip and Thousand Island dressing no slaw or lettuce. If zero stars were possible I would choose that. The atmosphere is industrial, concrete floors and some tables. Thats pretty much it. Got mine to go. I did not look in the bag until I got home but the sandwich was barely wrapped in the paper! It looked like she just balled the sandwich up in paper but missed most of it. The paper wasn't even closed around the sandwich. That will be my first and only visit. Just saying Thank You to the customer could go a long way. I felt like I was intruding on those two women by coming in which was made clear when I pulled that half wrapped sandwich out of the bag. I was not about to drive back there and complain and then eat anything from there after the complaint.
