- MAMehdee AhmedOct 1, 20261.0My previous experience here has been fine, however, today I learned how disingenuous and dishonest the staff and the owner can be. I placed a doordash pick up order, when i went to pick up, an older Hispanic lady informed me someone came right before me to pick up MY order “with extra sauce”. I showed her the DoorDash app to prove they gave my order to the wrong person, but she insisted she’s in the right and I can take it up with DoorDash. I called the store owner and he insisted my order never came through and that his staff must’ve made a mistake when she told me someone before me picked it up using my name. They did not try to remake it or offer any solution, both the owner and the staff insisted on any wrongdoing. I contacted DoorDash support and they tried to contact the store multiple times but the store purposefully did not answer. So basically, as their current protocol stands, if you can guess or have good eyesight to read the doordash tickets, you can enjoy someone else’s meal for free. I’m truly disappointed and amazed by the lack of customer service and the dishonesty from this place.

I’m very rarely picky but this drink was just not consumable as the first sip instantly threw me off with how overly sweet it was. The food came out incorrect as well. My husband and I ordered large bite sized nuggets and his were plain, but came out with an overwhelming amount of mild seasoning on it and mine was hot when I ordered medium. This was our second trip here after hoping our last visit was a fluke (they also got the order wrong).
