- ASAlexander SamSep 28, 20262.0I usually don’t leave reviews, however, none of the sodas in the soda machine tasted right. They were not being dispensed evenly, so it tasted pretty bad. We brought it up to one of the employees, Alejandro, and tried to get a bottled beverage in exchange of a cup. He refused, gave us attitude and continuously flung his hands in the air. Afterwards, he blamed the company for not allowing it… then he went over to the soda machine himself to drink out of it, after telling us he wasn’t the one who could fix it. Had he not have had an attitude, we would’ve just paid for a bottle, but we refuse to spend another dollar at this location. Even if this is just a burger joint, Terrible customer service.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
