  I have waited over half a hour just to get two deluxe boxes, it is crazy that I have to wait this long just to get fast food.

  As a frequent Taco Bell customer, I really wanted this location to become my go-to since it's the closest to my house, but this visit was... an adventure. I placed an app order with 10 items, and to their credit, it was ready in about 10 minutes and all of my customizations were correct. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the chips for my bean dip & chips. I didn't even realize until I got home. I tried calling just to let them know (not even looking for a refund), but no one ever answered the phone. Then came the plot twist: while eating my mini taco salad, I spotted an ant casually taking a stroll across the box. Maybe it was just a random coincidence, maybe it was looking for a Crunchwrap... either way, it definitely didn't add to the dining experience. Overall, nothing catastrophic, but enough little things that turned an easy Taco Bell run into a "meh" experience. I'll probably think twice before making this my regular location. Hopefully this was just an off day.

  I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received today. I ordered just a single drink, but I had to wait for over 10 minutes to get it. I have never experienced this level of slow service anywhere else. I have been a loyal Taco Bell customer for 20 years, but after today's experience, I honestly do not want to come back here again. Please look into this issue.

  It's fast food I don't have a high expectation. But when ordering Taco Supremes it should be sour cream on all three tacos of equal amounts.
