  When I first went to this location, I was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me and the car at the front didn’t move past the order speaker for a majority of that time. I worked for 6 years in the fast food industry, so I gave the benefit of the doubt that something bad must have happened in the kitchen. I looked in the lobby and saw only one customer, who also seemed to be waiting for their food. (They did not seem happy.) I went back to this location last night around the same time I first went, and it was even worse than the previous time. I got stuck in the drive thru line, and in the 30 minutes I was waiting without a single car moving, I watched 4 different cars back out of the drive thru and leave. Eventually one car ahead of me moved a bit and I was able to leave the drive thru myself. I went straight to the Gainesville location instead where I have never had issues. I was in and out of that drive thru in under 3 minutes. I recommend staying far away from this Taco Bell.

  Took my order at 8:09, showed it was ready for pick up. I left at 9:06 without food. Didn’t get a refund. Staff stands and serves random people. No sense of service or accountability when confronted.

  Never have i gotten a hot fresh food from them. Gainseville branch is sooo much better. They always messup food. Barely add the good stuff. Worst service

  I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service at this Taco Bell location. This is not an occasional problem — this location is consistently very busy at night, and management is clearly aware of that, yet the same unacceptable situation keeps happening. The drive-thru line is regularly extremely long, and customers are often forced to wait 45 minutes or more just to receive an order. That is completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. Waiting nearly an hour in a drive-thru is unreasonable, especially when this is a recurring issue and not an isolated incident. Whether the cause is understaffing, poor scheduling, lack of organization, or poor management, that is something the management team needs to address. If they already know that nights are always busy, then they should schedule enough employees and have a proper system in place to handle the demand. Customers should not be the ones paying the price for poor planning. This is honestly one of the worst Taco Bell locations in the area when it comes to wait times and overall efficiency. I understand that restaurants can get busy, and a reasonable delay is expected, but 45 minutes or more is ridiculous. Even 25 minutes in a drive-thru is already excessive for fast food. Management needs to take responsibility and fix this problem instead of allowing it to continue night after night. If this location cannot properly handle the normal amount of nighttime business, then something clearly needs to change. At this point, the experience is so consistently bad that I am seriously considering avoiding this location completely and going elsewhere. Taco Bell should review how this store is being managed because the current situation is unacceptable.

  If you go here anytime after 8 PM don’t. There are a few really terrible employees who work night shifts. They make the food terribly. I’m not even sure how you can mess up a taco. But they do it. One female puffy face employee always has a major attitude, and there is either 0 cars or 8 cars that’s how slow they are. I threw my last order away because the tack was saggy and cracked into 3-4 pieces each with sauce and shit on the outside of the tall wrapper event. The beefy 5 layer burrito had only small amount of cheese and sourcream no beef. Even the sauce packet smell wierd at this location. I drive extra to the one in Gainesville.
