The location I visited was small, without the cozy vibe I expected. It was all open seating, no little private booths, which made it noisier. Not as easy for those of us with hearing problems.

This is perhaps the worst Panera I've ever been in. Starters: it's WAY too bright inside. You felt like you were in a car showroom with massive floodlights on you. Very very bad given that this place gets crazy amounts of sunshine in the mornings. Avoid before noon at all costs if you're even mildly photosensitive. They have ordering kiosks right inside the door. It would have been better to have a trash can there since they only one tiny trash bin at the other end of the store (and oddly one massive one outside literally on the other side of the door from the tiny can). Bathrooms are terrible. I arrived and it showed someone was in there ... They never came out in 30 minutes. They should have two unisex bathrooms if they're only going to have one toilet per bathroom. Service: the manager was expediting. Yet somehow they still forgot half of my order. Food was okay, absolutely nothing spectacular. They went out of their way to ruin the sandwiches though: put too much sauces on one so when you picked it up it went immediately out the back all over your clothing. But since there's no bathroom, you pretty much have ruined clothing. The other sandwich was limp. How the heck do you toast bread and it be flaccid? Very very flavorless, i don't think they seasoned anything. The second sandwich was also just thrown together and fell apart. Cleanliness: plenty of people standing around in the bakery section, yet nobody noticed there were no napkins and the beverage area was overflowing with trash (see the above comment about NO FREAKING TRASH CANS). Nothing to absorb sound so if there are any people with loud voices or unwatched minors, it's awful. Staff: could've cared less that anyone was there. Was not greeted, manager got ticked when i asked for the rest of my order, nobody cleaning the place. Parking lot: lots of construction because they're still working on building them, but nobody is paying attention to the massive amounts of screws and bits of rebar all over the place. Will not be returning.
Will not be trying this place again. Go to Gainesville if you need to scratch that Panera itch.

Order the chipotle chicken avocado. The chicken was uncooked. I bit a piece and it just couldn’t.
I am glad to have this Panera close by. It so so much easier to get to than the Gainesville location. There are some menu items that I really like, but they are regularly out of key ingredients. Shrimp salad was a featured item but only if you’d like it without shrimp. And how does a Panera store not have tomatoes? Salads are a big part of their menu and they have been out of tomatoes the last couple of times I have wanted a salad. Are they not ordering enough? And there is a Sprouts grocery store that is literally within 200 feet of this restaurant that has plenty of tomatoes.
Very disappointing experience. My friend and I woke up early to attend Panera’s grand opening and were both among the first 100 people. We each received a coupon advertising “free Panera for a year”—12 meals, one per month. However, when I tried to redeem mine, the code said it was invalid.
I went to the location in person, but the blonde woman I spoke with was unhelpful and seemed unfamiliar with the promotion. I also contacted customer support and still haven’t gotten the issue resolved.
It feels misleading to advertise a promotion, give customers coupons, and then offer no solution when the codes don’t work. I made the effort to show up early for this offer, and I expect Panera to honor what it promised.
