  I asked for one scoop of chicken but the scoop wasn’t full and I asked if I could get more chicken since it wasn’t a fair portion but they charged me extra protein even though they didn’t let me know it was going to be extra and I ended up paying 17 for a salad. Service wasn’t great because the portions weren’t fair, at least the ladies serving were kind.

  This new Haymarket Chipotle is by far the best of them all in the area. And we hope it stays like that! This is a review from someone who has been eating at Chipotle for more than 15 years, across several states. Everything is always fresh, delicious, and prepared just the way it should be. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They’re very kind and polite. Kim is awesome, friendly, welcoming, professional, a multitasker when busy and genuinely helpful. Great customer service overall and above excellence. Again, we really hope and wish this new Haymarket Chipotle stays the way it is right now. 👍🇺🇸

  I ordered a bowl of honey chicken and they tried to claim that I got double. I kindly informed that staff of the mistake and they would not listen. I asked the staff to take a look at my bowl so they could clearly see the one scoop of chicken and they would not budge. The cashier was also extremely rude aswell as the lady on the prep line. Eventually, I did not even end up with food and it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this location due to the quality of the staff.

  So excited to have a closer Chipotle, but each time my chips have been stale. Basically paid +$5 for a side of guacamole because I couldn’t eat the chips. Hopefully it gets better but likely won’t order chips again since both times (different times in the day) were disappointing.

  Well my 1st 2 orders were good the 3rd was not the charm. Ordered 3 tacos with sour cream, all the sour cream was loaded onto 1 taco then sealed in container assuring all 3 tacos were soggy, despite picking them up just as they were put on the shelf for pick up. Previous order had same tacos and they were perfect.
