9/16/26 at 7:50pm... Normally this location is on the ball. Not this time. Waited 5+ minutes at counter to order before acknowledged by anyone. Total time to get simple 2 value menu item order was 10-15 minutes. Appeared as if no manager was on duty. Drive thru order guy was competent but they can only do so much understaffed busy drive thru. After drive thru guy took order a few people appeared to make the in house order. They were working in slow motion. Snail's pace. I worked at a Taco Bell in 1987 and FAST HANDS were a must on the food prep, not to mention quality control. These guys looked like someone was interrupting their nap time. One guy was more concerned with telling other guy about his day than getting the order fulfilled. Warning to owner/manager of this location - address this issue unless you want to compete with for lousy reputation with Taco Bell on East Market Street.

This place is terrible. They got my order wrong, secondly they didn’t even really make my tacos they put just enough beef to barely cover the bottom of the shells and just slapped lettuce and sour cream on it. That it this place just sucks my third or fourth time going to this location and it’s always bad won’t be going again.
