  I hate leaving negative reviews, but this visit was very disappointing. It was probably around 11:30 PM, and the drive-thru line was extremely long. I ordered my usual Beef Chalupa Supreme, which is normally one of my favorite items and usually tastes amazing. When I received my food, the chalupa shell was very hard and stale. I went back through the drive-thru and politely asked if they could make me a fresh one. After waiting in line again, they remade it, but unfortunately the second chalupa was just as stale and hard as the first. It was nearly impossible to bite through. What makes this even more disappointing is that I didn't eat the first chalupa, and I didn't eat the second one either. After making the effort to return and have it remade, I expected a fresh product, but both ended up going uneaten. Anyone who knows how much a Chalupa Supreme costs can understand how frustrating and disappointing that is. To make matters worse, I ordered a large fry but received what appeared to be a small order instead. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and the accuracy of my order. I hope management takes more care with food freshness and order accuracy in the future.

  For the most part, this is a fantastic taco bell. The staff are friendly; they are good at making sure your order is correct, and the food is generally pretty good. However, I would recommend not getting the chips and cheese. I don't know if they changed their recipe or what, but the last 3 or 4 times I've gotten the chips with cheese, they are almost inedible. There is so much grease and salt on the chips that it rivals ocean water.

  There's been many times we've ordered and had food missing for deliveries ECT luckily we can get that money back by telling door dash... But Today we do a pick up because it's closest one to my wife and this is what the nacho fries look like... Barely any seasoning... It's like y'all have employees that just don't care to double check orders or even make food correctly here lately smh... If she would had noticed before my wife brought it all the way to my job she would had turned them in right then but she was in a rush to get to me for lunch so she made sure all food was actually in the bag for once not the actual appearance of it... Barely any seasoning on the fries kind of defeats the purpose of them being nacho fries huh ... I get more and more disappointed with this location every time we order and unfortunately when we door dash this is where it comes from too smh.. think I'm going to stop eating taco bell for a bit and spend my money where they get orders and food correct!

  Come here 3 days a week. Always good service. Today, the window guy didn’t even acknowledge me. I said thank you, he just looked at me and shut the window. Ruined my day.

  The best Taco-Bell location I've ever been to. Food always comes out fast and fresh, and the crew and management both are a delight to interact with every single time. No matter where you stay in Harrisonburg, I highly recommend coming to this location even if it's a little out of the way. They're yet to disappoint.
