  The food is bad and very poorly made and most of the time the order is wrong. they throw everything in the bag and it makes a massive mess. The employees at midnight don’t do there jobs.

  I don’t usually write reviews about stores as I am a very patient person however my beefy 5 layer and potatoes took half an hour on top of that there was no semblance of food safety I watched a man touch a bunch of tortillas with his bare hands and one of the employees had an attitude when we asked for our Baja blast cup and he touched the inside of it. I work in food service and I am a pretty understanding person but it was seriously gross watching them touch those tortillas and have the audacity to catch an attitude with us.

  I hate to leave negative reviews because I don’t want to get anybody in trouble, but today was my last straw. There have been multiple occasions where I’ve sent my quesadilla back because of how poorly it was made. I’ve learned that even when going through the drive-through at this specific location, I don’t head home until I check my quesadilla. A couple years ago I was walking my excuse of a quesadilla inside to request a new one and ran into the manager at the time (not sure if he still works there). He was furious when he looked at my meal and said that this is an issue he’s repeatedly addressed with his employees. He went straight to the kitchen to find out who made it, then proceeded to make me another quesadilla himself. When I tell you that was the best Taco Bell quesadilla I’ve ever had in my life omg 11/10. I know the quesadillas aren’t going to turn out perfect, this is fast food after all, but the consistent lack of care or effort while preparing food at this Taco Bell is insane. Not to mention the attitude I received from the employees when I asked for a new one. I hope they didn’t spit in the second one they made. I’ve attached pics of my quesadilla from today (8/1) around 4pm. Check out the hair they left for me too :)

  Very friendly and nice staff they were really understanding about my circumstances and went beyond in helping me,In the end the food came out amazing as well !
