- RWRandy Wade4 days ago4.0A good place for a quick bite to eat. We got burgers, drinks, and fries and paid about $25 per person. Seems expensive for basic burgers even if they are mildly customizable.
- CFCatherine FrancisAug 7, 20261.0I ordered on DoorDash, some other dasher stole the food. There were two separate MAJOR issues here. One, the staff did not pay attention to who picked up the order. (As someone who also has been a dasher, many restaurant will check to make sure you are the right dasher, to avoid theft) The second issue is how the manager on duty handled the situation. Instead of remaking my order (of which was a $92 order) she told me plainly that I needed to cancel it myself because she’s not going to give out free food since the restaurant lost money. How is that my fault? Mind you I had three children waiting to eat food. I don’t understand a policy that puts the onus of theft on customers who have nothing to do with the situation. She was completely unprofessional. Additionally she promised to call back but never did. When I reached out to DoorDash they had to be the one to reach out to the restaurant in order to get the order cancelled. Despicable customer service.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
