- TLTzvi LibermanOct 4, 20262.0My experience at this Dunkin’ location has been quite disappointing. I believe management needs to pay more attention to employee training, supervision, and hiring, especially when it comes to customer service. In particular, I have had negative experiences with some employees who are from the Middle East. In my experience, some of them have displayed an attitude that I consider unacceptable for people working in customer service. On several occasions, they have taken orders incorrectly, and when the customer tries to clarify the mistake, they become upset or respond with an unprofessional attitude, even when the mistake was made by them. I want to make it clear that my criticism is about those specific behaviors and attitudes, not about someone's background or origin. I also believe it is unfair that this type of behavior ends up affecting the work environment and causes other employees from different backgrounds, who are doing their jobs properly, to have a difficult experience. Management should establish clear customer-service standards, supervise employee behavior, and make sure that every employee, regardless of their background, treats customers and coworkers with respect and professionalism. Dunkin’ can do much better. A good product does not make up for a poor experience caused by inadequate service and an unprofessional attitude.

Hot, fresh, delicious and prepared as requested. It was a great cup to get us moving with our day. There is a nice, clean dining room that's good for sitting but we were heading out to explore instead.

- NLNya LanhamSep 3, 20261.0I mobile ordered here and it was food for three people so it was a little large. While waiting, I could hear what sounded like them trash talking my order. They served my food and forgot my iced coffee. I had to remind them to make it and tell them what was in it. I left and realized the donut I'd ordered wasn't in the bag so I went back for it. They had locked the doors 10 minutes before closing and wouldn't let me in until I kept knocking and mouthing that I needed my donut. They finally let me in and gave it to me and were very apologetic. I don't like to be harassing but they forgot two things I paid for. The coffee was delicious, though.
