- DTDaniel T1 day ago1.0I was disappointed with my experience at this location. When I walked in, the music was very loud as it was being played from a loud speaker, which made it difficult to communicate while ordering. The employee helping me kept her AirPods in, so I had to repeat myself a few times because it seemed hard for her to hear me. My quesadilla was also served in a bowl instead of on the tray it normally comes with. Since the bottom was sitting in melted cheese, it ended up getting soggy by the time I ate it. I also didn't receive the sides that are supposed to come with the quesadilla. Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've had at a Chipotle. Between the poor service, lack of attention, and incorrect order, I left very disappointed. I hope management addresses the professionalism of the staff and pays more attention to the quality of the food being served.
