- JMJoe McFadden6 days ago4.0Staff didn't seem to be able to keep the rice or meat stocked. My serving of Barbacoa was very small. They were put of chicken. 2 employees were in the bathroom for quite some time together, which created a line for the women's restroom. Had a lot of staff, so that was surprisingly not great.

The quality of service and food is significantly below satisfactory because the manager is focused on keeping employees subservient and apparently miserable. I’ve worked in the service industry before and I can always spot when a manager is focused on maintaining control rather than improving customer experience and quality of service.

They constantly give out downright embarrassing portions of chicken and other items. They also claim to not have spoons or napkins an hour after opening. I ordered double chicken and received maybe one serving of it. Sad to see a good place go bad.
- BBBrianApr 30, 20261.0If you're going to get chipotle in Harrisonburg I'd HIGHLY recommend going to the Chipotle at 1657 Stone Spring Road Harrisonburg instead. The staff is friendlier, faster, and the quality of the food is WAY better. Also they don't turn you away when you walk in the door because they only take (online orders) at certain times of day.
