  I wish I could give it zero stars. I tried to use a reward on my drive‑through pickup order, and my total was well over the required minimum. Nothing in the app said the reward was in‑store only, yet when I asked about it, I was told they “couldn’t help” and that I needed to come inside. When I asked where the drink I paid for was, the employee gave me attitude on top of everything else. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service. Shouldn’t expect customers to come in, especially since there was nothing like in store only via the reward on my app.

  Went here at 7:40PM on 5/5 and they had a sign on the door to come back in 30 minutes… after driving 20 minutes to get there… How do you not plan to have enough staff on a day your company is giving out free food? Completely unacceptable from any business.

  I placed an online order for 3:40 for it to be done and I got in line with around 7 other cars at 3:30 and once I got to the window at 3:45 the worker told me to go back around after I already waited in line and my order is supposed to be done and the line was near 15 cars in line and then when I went back around I waited in line for almost 30 minutes just for my order to have the wrong items I’ve ordered with barely any food inside of it.

  I ordered online to pick up and got a burrito, a bowl and another bowl. Each order was messed up and completely wrong and when we asked about it they did nothing and just said thank you for informing us. Go to any other chipotle if you want your food remotely correct.

  I guess I’m another disappointed customer at this location. I ordered a simple meal (chicken cup/steak cup). When I paid for my food the guy at the register was so rude. It’s as if he hated his job and he was taking it out on his customers. He was a thin blonde hair guy. I proceeded to ask to for his name and he said he didn’t have to give that information. I then asked to speak to a manager. He said he was a manager. Another member of the staff there confirmed that he was NOT a manager. He refused to give me management’s information. He proceeded to abuse me verbally as I was standing there. From what I was told he treats the rest of the staff like trash too. This is not what I expected when I decided I wanted Chipotle for lunch. Chipotle why do you have someone like this as a team member. He’s toxic.
