  As a business, we like to occasionally order lunch for our staff. We were having some issues with ordering online through their website, but when we went in person, the service was amazing. We had over 8 orders and a tight schedule to work around. They prioritized making sure all of our orders were correct and in the bag. The whole team got together to provide for us, and we are extremely grateful. Everyone at SVDS says thank you!

  We got into town late and wanted something hot and not on a bun…. The staff were friendly with us showing up minutes before closing. They were out of the vegan protein and had a limited amount of queso, but they worked with us to get a meal together. It was the tastiest Chipotle we’ve ever had, but it wasn’t bad and definitely better than the other options around.

  The staff was fantastic. They were out of the honey chipotle chicken so they made half a batch for me. They also gave me a really generous amount of what I asked for. The manager was stellar, she made the whole experience so much better. Great food and a friendly staff.

  As a Chipotle fan, I was excited when one opened near my apartment. Unfortunately, this location falls far below the standards I’ve come to expect from the brand. The staff often hangs out in the back and only comes out to serve customers when they feel like it. When they do, they frequently seem annoyed that they have to make your food. The prep counter is consistently messy, with food scattered everywhere, even during slow periods when there is plenty of time to clean. On three separate visits, I wasn’t informed that they were out of essential ingredients, such as proteins, beans, or vegetables, until I was already halfway through placing my order. They also consistently under-serve the chicken compared to other Chipotle locations. One of my worst experiences was about an hour before closing. Instead of telling me they were already cleaning up, the employees made my burrito on the center island because all of the ingredients had been moved there from the serving line. The whole process felt unsanitary, and the food was noticeably cold. Overall, this location has been consistently disappointing and does not reflect the quality or customer service I normally associate with Chipotle.
