I’ve gotten orders with missing ingredients more than I’ve gotten orders with all ingredients included. I almost always order online so I don’t usually check my order until I get home. While I understand ingredients can run out, it’s not acceptable to give out meals that are not what you expect to receive. I’ve never had an employee tell me something was missing from my online order when picking it up; it’s really not that hard. At this point it’s my fault to continue to order from here and I do not plan to ever be back. Not sure if it’s a problem with management, those working the restaurant, or the chain overall. But both Chipotle restaurants in this town are the last food recommendations I will ever make to anyone.

But all the tables were dirty and the trash cans were overflowing, drinks’ bar dirty and with trash. However, 3 of the 5 employees were playing on their cell phones. We enjoyed the food, even though the restaurant was filthy, the chips were stale and the queso sauce looked old. The burrito and the bowl were excellent. There was no leadership or motivation of the employees to assure cleanliness in the dining area and beverages bar.
