  I came in with a online order because I used a deal for a free sandwhich At first, while in the car, it would not allow me to place it for ASAP. I walked inside. No customers, no one at the drive thru. I tell them my issue. In order for it to go thru i had to place it for 10 minutes later. 3 or 4 employees in the store and no one working on my order. I look in the kitchen and the blond female is on her phone texting or doing other things. She sees me. She continues texting. A couple minutes later, she decides to start working. She puts on gloves without washing her hands and starts making my sandwich. I saw this and got upset, told the manager to refund my money and told her how disgusting it was that somebody would be on their phone and then make fresh sandwiches without washing their hands. People go to the bathroom with their phone. Manager let her do it also. Sure the employees there would not want me to put my dirty hands on their food and have them eat it.....NASTY....

  Would have loved to try the cheesesteak but couldn’t get pass the horrible smell in the front entry. The manager was on the grill and looked right at me and kept doing what she was doing. Nobody was in the restaurant so she couldn’t have been but so busy.

  My ham and Swiss came without cheese... our beef and cheddar has no cheddar and my ham sandwich was squished all to hell in the bag.. smh waste of 40$ of food. Shame on this store and these employees who cooked and bagged it
