    My ham and Swiss came without cheese... our beef and cheddar has no cheddar and my ham sandwich was squished all to hell in the bag.. smh waste of 40$ of food. Shame on this store and these employees who cooked and bagged it

    Gave me exceptional service right before close. Overwhelming amount of fries and more sauce packets than I could handle. Just don’t see this level of passion anymore from fast food employees . Excellent service here. Would visit again.

    I personally do not eat at Arby's. However, I Doordash. And what I saw and experienced today was unacceptable. After waiting several minutes for an employee to even make eye contact with me, I still waited another 10 minutes for this customer's Dash. I watched them take food out of other orders that were sitting in a window, put them in a fresh bag, and hand it off to me. I said something to the girl that handed me the order - her response was "If you want to do something about it, we're hiring." Bruh. Unacceptable. Beyond the pale. Don't eat here, don't Dash here. It's not fair to customers to get old, cold food and of course they blame it on the driver. I did not deliver this order. I contacted support at DD and asked them to look into it.
