  I really like the menu of this place. Always a great cup and order takers are helpful. Every time I go I somehow get in the line that has a person complaining or having some issue that holds up leaving. Instead of moving them up and letting cars pass we are all held hostage in line behind them until the issue is resolved even though we've paid and have our drinks. Maybe move the person up and out of the way to resolve the issue so everyone else can leave.

  Service is always upbeat! They get those cars moving! My girls and I love coming here while in Harrisonburg. We tried the fall drinks this trip. They did not disappoint.

  The young girl who took my order was not excited whatsoever and had a blank expression the whole time. Just said “here you go” when handed me my drink then walked away. Didnt even say have a nice day… very bad service.. usually the service is great: This girl is clearly not. I work at a coffee shop and I NEVER let my mood affect how I treat customers. And Im expected to tip the crappy service??

  I love 7 Brew, but unfortunately have to leave a negative review as there was mold in the bottom of my drink, and the minimal response I received upon attempting to report it. I only noticed it after I had finished most of it. Unfortunately, retuning to the stand was not an option for me as I got it before going on a roadtrip. I attempted to reach out over the phone, but could only reach the corporate line which was closed. I attempted to message on the Harrisonburg instagram, but got no response. I emailed the corporate support, who responded, “In the future, feel free to take any incorrect drink back by the location or try it before you leave, our baristas will be more than happy to remake it for you”, which I feel is an inappropriate response to a genuine health concern. Again, I love 7 Brew, but I do not plan to return to this location, and this response from corporate gives me some doubt of how serious they take customer safety.
