  Bad customer service. Coffee came out white and when I nicely asked for them to add for coffee I got told sarcastically how to make the drink. They remade it but it still didn’t taste right. I hate to complain but a little less attitude would have been nice. We all have to work jobs we don’t liked. You don’t have to be mean.

  I go so much I absolutely love it there! There’s one worker in particular (Kira? Kyra?) who I absolutely love; she’s so great and helpful when I want to try new drinks/recipes! Everyone is also so nice and friendly especially when it’s busy I definitely applaud them!

  Very grouchy employees today. I know it’s raining and I wouldn’t want to stand out in it either but at least smile and try to be nice.

  Awful! I asked for a light ice they gave me full ice. They made it and gave me extra ice then they would not remake a new one and try to make me pay for it. They gave me two shots in my second drink instead of four, so I’m just not understanding I go to the other 7 Brew every day- no issue. Finally they just gave me drinks with no ice and made me return the other one. Shift lead was. Large attitude. Not helpful. I drove an hour to get here and still have to mix them myself when I get home. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, I spent almost $40 today. Regretful purchase. Will never come to this 7 brew again.
