  This is our second time ordering from this specific Wingstop and I have to say, their service here is terrible. The first time we had ordered 40 pieces from them, lemon pepper and Louisiana rub and there was barely any seasoning on it. Today, (06/28/26 at 4pm), we had ordered 60 pieces of the same seasoning and we had asked the girl working that day nicely if we could have extra seasoning on our chicken and all she did was rolled her eyes and made a curt noise. When it was time to pick up the order and we went to the window to pick it up, she yelled out to the back and rudely said "this is the order who asked for the extra seasoning" . I'm paying for it, I didn't realize it would be an issue. If you don't want to work then maybe you shouldn't work and if you're having a bad day, keep it to yourself and don't take it out on your customers. We will not be returning and who knows, maybe they just didn't like how we looked and decided to treat us poorly 🤷🏻‍♀️

  I should’ve went else where. I ordered online I asked for my wings to be well done and they were undercooked and slimed. I ordered 40 wings and only received 30. So I was missing a whole flavor of wings. Corn was overcooked. And my chicken was hardly seasoned.

  I would give this establishment, if you could even call It that ZERO, yes ZERO stars.. I ordered online, my 2nd time to give it another chance and YET again. DISAPPOINTED, first of all the chicken is awful. It’s not seasoned, and I asked for “well done” why is my chicken barely cooked?? Not to mention, I paid $50 for the 30 piece meal for my family and they forget the French Fries but I received the 3 ranch dips I had to select. I’m attaching photos because it’s genuinely not appetizing, I hope this restaurant either gets new management or closes because it’s mind blowing to me how bad this food is. I would attach a photo of the fries that my meal came with but they forgot to put em in the bag. Worst experience I’ve ever had with this chain. - FL resident just visiting

  Will absolutely NEVER order from here again! Ordered mild wings and garlic parm. Mild wings had no sauce on them and what ever the sauce was it was PINK! Garlic parm had no sauce tried to say it melted off!! Ordered chx sandwich plan, had pickles on it. Every worker was RUDE other then one guy UPDATE: they replaced my food and it was JUST as bad!! $70 out the door!!!!!

  I placed a Togo order and while placing the order I asked for all flats which is never a problem the manger said if I want all flats I have to place my order on line which is insane! I have been eating at wing stop for over 15 plus years and have never been told that. I go to get my drink and there is no ice per usual when I visit this location. I ask the manager for ice and she says give me a minute it’s just 2 of us here so I wait and she never gets the ice so I ask again and she said give me your cup she went to the back to put ice in my cup. I go to get my beverage and there is drink machine doesn’t work not only that when i got back to work to eat my wings they gave me 8 drums and the food was cold. Honestly I think some new management could save this location. I will never return to this location I will go to the one in Newport where they don’t mind doing there job.
