  Just picked up my smoothie, mango magic with whey protein added. The whey protein wasn’t added and I don’t have time to turn back around to have it remade. Tried calling number is out of service.

  Staff have a super friendly vibe. Service was great & food & smoothie was awesome! Their staff Alori was so sweet & friendly. Very welcoming 🙏

  The employees are less than wonderful. The customer service here is awful. They’re slow, rude, and have absolutely no sense of urgency. The “manager” who was barely a manager was letting them slide by with working so poorly. She also seemed more interested in in being friendly with these teenagers then actually doing her job. On top of the horrible customer service half of them don’t know what they’re doing and this leads to incorrectly made drinks and food. I have ordered quite a few smoothies from there, they usually turn out too watery or too icy. A long with the poor quality smoothies comes with even worse poor quality foods. I ordered a wrap and a flatbread last time. The wrap I ordered (Baja Chicken Wrap) was prepared incorrectly, my chicken was frozen and half of the ingredients were missing. And my son ordered the Chipotle flatbread and it was an absolute mess. WAY to much sauce and over cooked bacon. I have to look for certain people to make my order CORRECTLY. If they’re not inside, I don’t even bother going into the store. I absolutely shouldn’t have to do that. This place is deeply disgusting and disappointing. DO NOT come here if you want quality service and food.
