Ever since this local Sonic Drive-In was bought out by KBP Brands, the quality has gone downhill fast. The food tastes old and stale, drinks are barely mixed and have almost no flavor anymore, and orders are consistently disappointing. What used to be a quick and reliable stop has turned into a waste of money. Management seriously needs to step up quality control because the difference before and after the buyout is very noticeable.

Second time going here. Never mix their drinks, don't blend the sonic blasts. I dont do reviews but these guys need to get their act together.

Ordered a regular cheesecake shake with no whip and no cherry. Received 16 ounces of runny, watered-down vanilla ice cream with zero graham cracker mixed in. I brought it back to the drive-through and explained the issue. The employee who made it took the drink back, only to return with the exact same runny mixture. She then asked, "You didn't want graham cracker on top, did you?" The cheesecake flavor and graham cracker elements should be mixed into the recipe automatically, not requested as an afterthought. Unacceptable product quality and poor customer service. Ended up throwing it away.

This is the worst experience I’ve had in fast food. Sonic has always been a terrible chain across locations but they had new toys come out recently that my partner wanted to get. We drove to multiple locations who all couldn’t bother to check their toys and were rude with us. Upon reaching this location, we again ask if they have the toys, they say yes and we order. After waiting half an hour for our food, it comes looking disgusting. Both the toys were wrong, so we went to the drive through to ask about the toys. The lady there was very rude, sarcastically commented about how weird it is to want to exchange the toys and then dismissed us. We figured we’d at least eat the food and be done with it. To make matters worse, on top of the bad service and our wasted time for some plastic toys, we had only just noticed the food. both apple juice cartons were dirty and covered in who knows what. The burger patties are surrounded in a black charred ring that was crunchy and tasted like cancer. You should be ashamed of your terrible hiring process, the people are just as nasty as the food.

I get that coming at 3am has it's challenges (& consequences, apparently). I get that they're going to have a bare minimum crew. But that kitchen needs some re-training, consequences or SOMETHING. No issues with the drive thru employee at all. I rolled my window down & immediately got hit with the smell of marijuana. I order a supersonic burrito, fries & a drink. My drink was right, but my fries were CRUNCHY & unsalted - meaning the fries were old & they just dipped them back in the fryer to heat them back up. They were borderline kettle cooked potatk chip crunchy. My main issue was my burrito. The burrito was fresh, but what the absolute heck? #1. The cook didn't break up the egg; it was like an omelette in a tortilla. #2. They put an OBSCENE amount of jalapenos; I was picking them OFF. It was like they put a whole handulful of them on there! #3. All the tomato/sausage/onion & "generous" jalapeno were all in the middle. They didn't even bother to distribute the toppings. I didn't take my receipt, so I do not know really what can be done.
