  This review is 100% not directed at the bartenders. They’ve always been friendly, helpful, and do the best they can with what they’re given. My issues are with management and the overall operation of the business. There has been virtually no new merchandise for months. Winter came and went, and hoodies were never offered despite being an obvious seasonal item that many customers would have purchased. Inventory management seems to be a constant issue. Growlers were unavailable for weeks, and when growlers finally came back in stock, there were no caps available. Gift cards also seem to be unavailable far more often than they should be. On one visit, I tried paying with cash and was told they couldn’t make change because there wasn’t enough money in the drawer. That’s not something customers should have to deal with at an established business. The food truck situation has become stale. It feels like the same food trucks week after week, and some days there isn’t a food truck at all. For a place that promotes itself as a destination brewery and gathering spot, the food options have become very repetitive. The most frustrating experience was showing up a couple of months ago during what should have been summer operating hours only to find the place closed. The Google listing had never been updated from the winter schedule, so I made the trip based on incorrect information. The business also promotes itself as being family and kid friendly, yet there is virtually nothing for children to drink besides water. Offering a few simple nonalcoholic options for kids would go a long way toward making families feel welcome. Sly Clyde still has great cider and great bartenders, but management needs to do a much better job with inventory, merchandise, communication, scheduling, and the overall customer experience.

  Had a great experience at this bar recently. The location was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. Employees were friendly and professional, and the service was efficient throughout the visit. The atmosphere was enjoyable and provided a comfortable place to relax. Overall, I left with a positive impression and would happily visit again.
