  You really can't beat them on price vs. quality. I have never gotten anything there that wasn't made correctly, hot, and fresh. They're also running really good sales all the time, so I think their free app is a worthwhile investment, it can really stretch your dollars! The staff is overworked and exhausted, and it shows sometimes. (They've NEVER been rude, hateful, disrespectful, or anything like that. Even during dinner rush in the drive-thru) The atmosphere is...neglected for the most part. I don't eat in the dining room. (To be clear: THIS IS NOT THE KITCHEN AREA. I could see into the kitchen area and nothing about it concerned me at all. The guy in the back window needed a hairnet and a beard guard at the very least, but he wasn't near the food, so 🤷) Just the lobby could use some love. How long is the lobby drink machine going to be down? And, seriously, how can you charge for a small ice water while I wait for the food I ordered to cook? I figure, if that's my whole list of gripes, they're doing pretty good!!

  I literally just spent $17 for a 3 piece dried out order of tenders ...hard fries and philly cheesestick bites that taste like old pizza rolls and my apple pie was missing out my bag. Never again. Why would y'all even serve that to someone when they spent their hard earned money. Mr. Corporate Manager, please visit this store and make some changes ASAP or this place will be shut down soon. Unacceptable

  If you value your sanity and money don’t go here. Terrible service. Waited almost 20 min for a big Buford and sweet tea I ordered online. And when I finally got it burger was burnt and was the worst sweet tea I ever had. I can’t get my time back but I would for damn sure like my money back. I will not be coming back to any rally’s at this point.

  Came here for lunch, the drive thru was very quick and everything was hot and fresh. The employees were nice as well, would recommend this location!

  Never again, had to pull up to wait for food. I had 3 different people orders. All im which I checked the bags, touching food. Everytime I had to tell them it wasn't my order they just gave the bag to the next car. Finally they said we dont know where your food is.
