- CCChris Carty5 days ago1.0I can’t even give a star on food or atmosphere because I ordered a pizza via delivery and it never got delivered. I called to check on the status and the AI assistant said it was delivered. I then navigated to the main menu to speak with someone. All they could offer me is “quality guarantee”. Pretty much, how it was explained after I asked… “well the next time you order we will make that same order”. Being that doesn’t help me feed my toddler, I had to figure something else out. No refund. Nothing. Taxes, Delivery fee, and even the tip. Nothing back. No food. Nothing. I didn’t even get an explanation or apology. Never again.

The last two times the pizzas were either burnt, or not fully cooked and made everyone sick! I'm not sure what's changed in the last few months but do not order from here unless you want to be sick!!

When we got the pizza it was cold and a long piece of hair in our food… we also ordered drinks with it and they didn’t even come with the pizza i don’t recommend ordering from this papa johns honestly.

Either way when they have never been cooked this way and everything else is cooked right, value of cost of side item cost.gors down. Never have had issues before with food being over done at this location so this isn't an all the time thing but tonight, when we decided to spend extra money to eat out, its a big deal for us.
