- HCHannah C5 days ago2.0Very disappointed. We came here before and it was a better experience. I ordered a sando (hot) and my partner ordered the bites (medium). When we got the food, I noticed my sandwich wasn’t the same spiciness as before, and my husband’s bites were also darker in seasoning than usual. I think they mixed up our heat level. My husbands bites were the expected level of heat I wanted on my sandwich. Sadly, I had a bland chicken sandwich, while my husband suffered eating his bites from the spiciness. I mentioned this to the staff and they asked the cooks, the cooks said they put the right seasoning on. Maybe they did, or didn’t. But just disappointed that the medium heat was spicier than the hot. They didn’t offer a side of spice or anything to improve my experience. Here’s a picture of the difference of the seasoning my husband had vs my sandwich. The “medium” bite is the darker bite size. While the “hot” sandwich piece is the lighter color piece of chicken.

The chicken wasn’t dry but somehow the breading was?? It was like the texture of a fish fry and hard to chew, hadda eat ts like a dinosaur, I'm a lady… but anyway i have a headache now. The seasoning was giving very much cave man. The fries were good thank god, I woulda threw the plate. Customer service was good also! Sauces were MID, which was heartbreaking as a sauce girl..sigh I knew I shoulda went to Popeyes💔
