  Im beginning to believe that in order to be a mgr at food lion in hampton . You have to have the worst attitude and give a crap less about customer service. I went to this food lion looking for hamburger they advertised on sale as with all the other 2 with store mgr attitude. I politely asked who appeared to be mgr an arrogant bald Asian black guy. If they had any of the hamburger that was advertised . His reply. NOPE IF IT AINT THERE AINT GOT NONE!!!!. AINT COME IN YET!! RUDE ARROGANT SARCASTIC NON CAREING!!!! GUESS WHAT MR ARROGANT RUDE NON CAREING SUPPOSED MGR. WITH AN ATTITUDE LIKE YOU AND OTHER MGRS THREW AT ME. ITS JUST OF MATTER OF TIME BEFORE FOOD LION GOES OUT OF BUSSINESS. I CANT WAIT!!!!

  My gran son had a iPad in the store with is mother 4/21/2026 about 1pm they finished there shopping. The table was left in the basket. My daughter turns around to go back and look for it she checked the carts out nothing, this is about a hour later. She goes to the customer service to ask if they can look at the cameras they say they will and to leave her number. She comes back home and tells me I go up there ask to speck to the manager I am at customer service she tells me your daughter was already up here. I tell her I am the own of the table and I want to speak to the manager. Now it’s 4:05pm the manger comes out and said he is was unloading a truck and it would take a little bit. The assistant manager comes over about 30 minutes later and tell me they’re going over the footage. It’s 445 now they come back out and she asked me what did my daughter have one and what did my grandson have on I show her a picture of them? They come back out at five and show me a picture of the tablet in the basket. The manager comes by while I’m talking to the assistant manager the one showing me the picture he goes outside. I ask her where is he going? she said to look in the basket. He comes back in four minutes later with the tablet in his hand I said where was it? he answered it was in a basket mind you on my way into the store. When I first got there I looked in all the baskets there were outside. There was no tablet. He says that I handed the tablet to my daughter, and she finished talking to the assistant manager. I told her I was going outside. I go outside in the area that he said he got it from there are no baskets there so where did he get my tablet from? Where was my tablet? Did somebody turn it in and then it mysteriously left the food Lion is doing some shady stuff to their customer and it is not appreciated. I spent an hour and a half standing in front of the store waiting for them to review footage when my tablet grew legs walked away in somebody’s vehicle.

  Treats you like family. Butchers are extremely good. If asked, they have no problems checking in the back for an item not on the shelves
