But nonetheless less I used the restroom here and it was one of the cleanest looking and feeling public restrooms I have ever used which is a level of care that I believe goes beyond the bathroom, I would not be worried about kitchen cleanliness and food.

That said, we ordered take-out, waited for our food, and drove 15 minutes home only to discover a long black hair inside one of our burgers while eating. Needless to say that was disgusting and I couldn’t finish. The food is too expensive here to be wasted because your staff doesn’t adhere to health and sanitation standards. Hair should be neatly pinned back/up and hairnets required. That should be the minimum. I’m disappointed and I also submitted this feedback to Five Guys online in addition to leaving a review here. That was money wasted!

I asked for them wrapped in foil and the crew quickly said they can't do that. Why? For the prices you charge they should wrapped in gold. You need to sell smaller size fries and not in a bag. I don't buy them. I know you get many complaints about this.
