The staff here is terrible and the way they handle and prepare the food is awful as well. Never returning here due to that reason. FIRE EVERYONE FROM THE MANGERS IN DOWN THEY ARE ALL RUINING THIS BUSINESS

Whoever is working the delivery window is terrible ! I saw her make 15 online orders before even making mine. Mind you I placed my order on the app a whole hour before I went to pick it up. This is ridiculous and she said she was going to be with me shortly but I’ve been in the drive thru line for an hour. This literally doesn’t make any sense why are you prioritizing deliveries first.

I have experienced a lot of bad customer service but this is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. Today 4/22/26 I visited chipotle and upon arrival the line was out the door, while I understand businesses will get busy I couldn’t help but noticed there was more than 5 employees but only 1 of them working. I spent a hour in chipotle because It was a young man on the line and he was doing both making the food and cashing the customers out. After a while a fellow customer asked the members if they could help him out because of how long the lines were becoming in which a female employee replied “she’s clocking out”. After sometime another young lady did come to help but she was in and out and could be heard in the back kitchen taking phone calls in between orders. The guy on the grill was heard rapping, talking to himself, laughing obnoxiously with his female coworker and even stated that the young lady was recording a video of him the whole entire time which is extremely unprofessional. The restaurant was a mess and it was trash and food everywhere to the point the bowls they were making were filthy and not being wiped off before being bagged. This level of unprofessionalism in a work environment is unacceptable and is in need of immediate attention! With all the complaints made against this location you would think management would hold the team accountable but unfortunately they seem to allow this type of behavior to continue. I am truly disgusted with the service provided at this location and hope that better leadership will step in so that chipotle can provide quality services to their customers again.

I ordered a quesadilla for pickup using the chipotlane. The line was wrapped around the building, a 20-30 minute wait.
The quesadilla was missing items, the chips were stale and not fresh, and the vinaigrette was VERY salty.
I would not recommend this location. The one in PTC is much better.

There was an entire line of customers, only one person filling orders at front counter. I counted six staff members who appeared to be on duty, including the lead person in charge. A young man that was “sweeping” the floor was having a non-job related conversation with the lead right at the counter, where the gentleman fulfilling orders had to walk around them. It was very unkept. Several customers were frustrated for having to wait for so long noticing lack of effort in customer management. The customer in front of me nicely mentioned something to the lead person and her response was that “everyone has been there since early this morning.” There was tons of inappropriate distasteful language amongst the staff. Some that would deemed sexual harassment. Another young man returning to work who was yelling across the restaurant at the other staff did not wash his hands and no gloves planning on making himself some food seeing all the customers in line. The gentlemen fulfilling orders warned him that what he was doing will get him fired. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and what a shame since this is a newly opened location. Needs new management and some staff replaced. All of that and then the chips were completely stale.
I want to specifically give good positive feedback about the gentlemen at the counter fulfilling orders, he was doing an amazing job for as much as he was doing on his own. Also the young women running the drive through/pick up orders did an amazing job as well.
