  It’s not even 1230 in the afternoon, and they are out of cheese. They also didn’t give me a receipt. It’s just clear that this is the location where everyone has an attitude, and no one cares about doing their job.

  Starters, guy making the burrito looked high as a kite as soon as I walked up. Got myself a burrito and when he put on the rice I literally had to say “is there all the rice you’re putting on there?” Cause this guy put about 3/4 of a scoop on there. I don’t know about when yall go to chipotle but I expect it to be busting out the tortilla when they are done making it. The beans looked drier than the Sahara desert on a Wednesday. The carnitas looked good, but it’s a shame this man put less meat than than a lunchable has in it. Sour crème portion was good and so was the cheese. But tell me why when they wrapped this thing up it was the same size as a Taco Bell 5 layer burrito. Would not recommend unless you want to feel like you’re going through a famine and chipotle is the only place in the city with food.

  Im eating my food and all of a sudden i feel hair in my mouth so im pulling hair out of my food while its in my mouth. VERY NASTY WOULD NEVER GET ANY TYPE OF BOWL FROM ANY CHIPOTLE AGAIN THIS IS GROSS

  By far, the absolute worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. I waited approximately 30 minutes just to reach the serving line. Once I finally got there, the employee told me, “We only have carnitas. Chicken and steak will be ready in 5 minutes.” I ended up waiting another 25 minutes for the chicken to be ready. Chicken wasn’t even what I wanted, but after already waiting that long, I settled for it because it was the only option available. To make matters worse, the customer service throughout the entire experience was terrible. After my bowl was finally prepared, I had to wait another 10 minutes just for someone to come to the register and take my payment. In total, I spent roughly an hour waiting for a bowl of food that I didn’t even originally want. This is absolutely unacceptable for a fast-casual restaurant that promotes the idea of making “real food, made fast.” I understand that restaurants can get busy and that certain ingredients may occasionally run out, but having customers wait this long while receiving poor customer service is completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses the staffing, preparation, and customer service issues at this location.
