    I usually don't give harsh reviews, but I'm never going back. Ordered a peach frosted lemonade with my food to help me calm down and just enjoy my meal, but it almost spilled when the woman gave it to me because it's just so liquidy. I also could not tell for the life of me how they could make such a sad sandwich. I couldn't even see at first that there was lettuce because there was basically none and it was soggy and flattened under the fillet. I also don't know how the merging situation makes any logical sense for the mobile thru. I hated it there and I'm not coming back.

    This location is drive thru only and has a pick up window. During Saturday morning rush they had someone power washing the sidewalk in front of this window! Horrible timing.

    This is interesting because I always come to this location and I always have nothing but great service. However, today it wasn't so great. I ordered a southwest salad and a passion fruit lemonade. When I arrived to the mobile through line the app said my order was ready. However, when I arrived, the order was not ready. Interesting. So when I get up to the window no hello "park in the first spot". So I tell him well the app says my order is ready and he says "park in the first spot". Now remind you I ordered through the app and when I arrived it said my order was ready. So I did what he said parked in the first spot and waited almost 17 minutes. I saw him bring out a guy's order who was one car behind me and I'm still waiting on my order. So I have to go get my stuff because it didn't seem like he was planning to come back to my car lol. So I walk over get my salad and they don't even put any dressing in the bag. So I go back I asked for some dressing to which I received a very annoyed look from the young man. I didn't say anything rude treat him rudely but I was met with an annoyed look just for asking for salad dressing! Needless to say, I may not be returning to this location.

    Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever gone to. First they give me mac-n-cheese with a hair in it . Then after replacing that eating half my meal I go to get a refill on my cherry coke after the take my cup to refill it the bring my cup back and tell me they are not aloud to do refills at this location. Only location I've ever gone and not got a refill. I ask to speak to a manager she tells me no refills . I tell her they gave me food with hair in it earlier and the least they could do is give me a refill or a new cup filled with my coke as a refill for that . She tells me no and that I can by another drink. This all happened on 6-22-2026 at around 1:20pm. Managers name started with a M i forgot how she spelled it. Worst experience at CHICK-FIL-A I'VE EVER HAD and I Love Chick-fil-A but will never come to this location again off West Mercury Blvd .

    I ordered a Market Salad and didn’t realize until I got back that it was missing the chicken nuggets that are supposed to come with it. I called the restaurant, explained the situation, and the employee I spoke with told me to come back and they would make it right. I specifically asked if I needed to bring the salad back, and she told me no. After driving 15 minutes back to the restaurant during my 30-minute lunch break, I was met with rude attitudes from multiple employees AND to who I think may be the General manager. Had on a different color shirt and Was a short black woman. Instead of honoring what I had been told over the phone, they questioned me and acted as if I was lying about my salad not having chicken. I was essentially accused of trying to get free food, which was both frustrating and insulting. Why would I make up something as simple as a missing salad topping? They refused to replace the salad without proof, despite another employee already telling me to come back and assuring me it would be taken care of. I eventually asked if they could at least give me the nuggets that were missing from my salad, and even that seemed like an inconvenience to them. I wasted gas driving there and back, lost valuable time during my lunch break, and was treated poorly for an error that wasn’t mine. Mistakes happen, but the way customers are treated when trying to resolve those mistakes matters. Very disappointing experience. Salad in question… do you see chicken nuggets?? No. Neither do i.
