There has been times I have went so early that I was there before they open and was still greeted with a smile and great hospitality and customer service.

When we asked for it a manager stomped around and came to tell us she would not give us the sandwich. When we asked if we could pay for it she said no unless we went around. I then asked well can I get my sauces since there was no sauces. She then ROLLED her eyes at me and told me to go around and someone else would “deal” with it. We parked and then sat there waiting at the window being ignored by many employees… when they finally served us they gave us little sauces. The food wasn’t good and the fries were half filled. I am extremely disappointed.

The manager wouldn't help us in the line and made us park and walk up to the window where we were then ignored after ringing the "doorbell" that never seems to "ring" inside the building. When we asked for our sauce they made us show the bag to prove we ordered? And then barely gave us sauces for our 5 meals. Very unprofessional behavior from the "manager" that belittled us in the drive through. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for something that I had ordered. This store does not live up to the chickfila standard. Very disappointed in my experience.

However when receiving our meal the fries were half way filled one sauce was given for each meal and one drink was watered down so my friend went to get a different drink and more sauce and the people at the pick up window specifically the short girl with the sleeve with flowers along with the shift leader with braids with the blue polka dot chick fil a shirt had an attitude and just looked at my friend, drank her drank and had no urgency to get to my friend as she stood outside waiting and ringing the bell. We waited and eventually got what we needed but they prolonged the process and did everything with a attitude and constantly rolling their eyes.

There are usually items missing from my order and/or sauces, as well as items being made incorrectly. Tonight, they completely forgot my kids meal and my medium fruit cup. I called in and told them about the mistake, and was told I could come back to recieve my items, but when I arrived I was told they needed a bag to check that the items were missing! First off they should have told me to bring the bag back over the phone if they neeeded it so badly. Second I showed them my receipt and was still told that they needed a bag to show that the items were missing. Third if that logic is correct I didn't recieve a kids meal, so showing you my other bags is irrelevant; kids meals come in kids meal bags! This place is an utter discrace of the chick-fil-a franchise! Do Better!
