- MCMr Crispycake1 day ago2.0So I work in Newport News and I passed this Chick-fil-A quite often and I have been coming here because my old traffic route got switched and you know typically early in the morning you wanna have your food quick warm and it starts your day off good well for like the past four times now plus today so five I’ve come to get the same meal. I’ve gotten every morning for almost 5 years sausage Chick-fil-A scrambled meal with a orange juice and hashbrowns and for some reason the past five days in a row almost I’ve gotten my food and it’s cold like not been cooked. Cheese isn’t melted cold to eat now I understand food industry there’s issues here and there, but when I asked, why isn’t the food warm because I’ve gotten my food many times to where it’s too hot to eat and I’d rather prefer that the guy explained to me that they sit in a warmer and that’s the best that they got well. Maybe you gotta crank the damn warmer up because if the wrapper is warm, that doesn’t mean the food is warm. Now I’m not trying to be rude and I’m not trying to be an angry Karen about the food industry, but yeah it’s 6:30 in the morning and the last thing I wanna do is be pissed off because the food that I’m paying for is cold and it’s upsetting because I got a new burrito and it’s not exactly any warmer than the last one. It’s a little warmer but like I’ve gotten my food when it’s damn steaming too hot to touch or eat so I don’t know what’s going on this week I don’t know if there’s an issue with the warmer if there’s an issue with the service if there’s an issue with the equipment, I don’t know but moving forward I would prefer to have my food warm or hot not freezing cold if any of the managers can assist with making sure the food is warm that would be greatly appreciated

If you place a pick up order and go through the other line to speak to someone, they send you around to scan a QR code and go in the mobile order line only. Then when you go to that line, they say they can’t give any sauces from that window. You have to drive around to the entire other side of the building. Park, get out and walk up to the walk up window. Then ask for sauce. Then I see the Employee walk back to the other side that is near the drive-through window just to hand you the same exact sauce that could’ve been given to you 10 minutes ago and saved everyone’s time. It makes absolutely no sense to the customer or to the employees that walk the same amount of time. When I ask, why is this so, they say it’s just the rules they made at this place and then they wave you off. Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to.

My disappointment is immeasurable, my day is ruined, and worst of all, I have been left parched! I will not be returning to this location. Good day! 😡
