We took our three grandchildren there for lunch. -There was only one person working the in-store register taking walk-in orders. - They were out of toys for the kid's meals. - The trash can at the rear entrance was overflowing and we had to take our trays to the trash can up front. - One of the grandkids did not get their order of applesauce. Other than the overflowing trash can, the restaurant was clean, overall service was good and our wait time was fair, not good. I would hope they were just short-staffed the day we were there. As always, the food was good.

The customer service was disappointing and didn't reflect the kindness, professionalism, and hospitality we've come to expect. It left us surprised, especially because Chick-fil-A has always set the standard for excellent service in our eyes. We hope this was simply an off day, because we've had so many positive experiences over the years and know this isn't typically what the Chick-fil-A name represents.
