  Cam was amazing. I informed him I was allergic to seafood and he really took care of me!!! I feel really special. I’ll be back !

  Came right before closing and the staff was super nice and super patient. This was also my first time trying cava and they made the experience one to remember.

  Sitting área is dirty. Food on the tables and benches. I found a spray bottle to clean up the area where my party was going to sit. I had to go over it multiple times because the napkins where filthy. Floors look like they have not been cleaned since the restaurant first opened. This is our first time visiting Cava and the staff was moody and unhelpful. I was told by a friend that the only good Cava is in Williamsburg. I didn't believe her! I guess she knows what she's talking about.

  Noooo! IMMEDIATELY NO! When I tell you I walked in that restaurant and walked out right away! The windows.. DIRTY! The Glass Sheild for the food, they were so dirty it looked like little kids just licked the palm of their hands and smeared it on the window! The floors STICKY!!! It felt like somebody put glue on the soles of my shoes and told me to walk. The SMELL! Y’all serve Salmon, if I can smell the Salmon then it is not fresh at all! It is no reason for the whole entire restaurant to smell like fish! It was also a little warm in there so maybe that’s why you could smell the fish so strongly but it smelled like trash in there! No excuse! I was so flustered I just couldn’t do it! I left! The workers, one girl seemed nice the other just hanging out behind the counter. It don’t take more than 3 people to do the food unless it was rush hour! It was enough people to where one person could’ve been on the food, one at the register, and another cleaning that little funky restaurant! It was slow and only few were dining in to eat! At this point just go to Cava at Tech Center on Jefferson Ave! This was beyond disgusting and disappointing!! For the Owner of this restaurant, please do not respond to the message saying y’all can do better or make it right. That’s a poor reflection for you to own that restaurant and do a regular check in to make sure your standards and quality are up to par. Please post your comment on another complaint and not this one. Also, this is not to get the staff in trouble but it is definitely an alarm and shade to the leadership team because what are you doing, the training must be lacking somewhere for you not to notice these small yet very important details!

  Upon walking into CAVA around 10:15 PM on June 1st, I noticed the team was already cleaning up and preparing to close for the night. Even so, I was greeted with genuine kindness and warm smiles by Bri, Joe D., Christina, Joe B., and Jehzere. I was informed that there was only a limited amount of food left, which was completely understandable given the late hour. What happened next truly touched my heart. Joe D. kindly asked, "What would you like? I'll make it for you." His willingness to help, along with the support and kindness shown by the entire team, made my daughter and me feel so welcomed and valued. In a world where great customer service can sometimes be hard to find, this team went above and beyond. Not one person made us feel like an inconvenience, even though they were ready to head home after a long day. Instead, they served us with patience, kindness, and genuine care. My daughter and I left not only with a meal, but with hearts full of gratitude. The compassion, teamwork, and outstanding service displayed by Bri, Joe D., Christina, Joe B., and Jehzere are a true reflection of what excellent customer service should look like. Thank you all for making our evening so special. Your kindness did not go unnoticed, and it meant more than you know.
