  Food is really good but the service is honestly horrendous, why did I get walked half way to my table then pointed to my table and then had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes to get an introduction and my drinks order. And then I sit here for over an hour waiting on my food and then my waitress come up to me asking if we’re ready for the check and my husband and I looked at each other with a confused looked and then said “uhm we haven’t even got our food” and then another 15 minutes passed we finally got out food. And then it takes her about 20 minutes to come grab out card so we can pay and leave. I would say they just need a new staff entirely 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Worst service i have ever had at any restaurant. Food came out wrong . Waited 30 min just to have our order taken and when it came out it was cold and wrong . Would def recommend you stay away from this buffalo wild wings

  I placed a $51.94 order online for delivery in Hampton, Virginia. The food that I received was not what I ordered. The receipt on the bag clearly showed this was for someone else. I called the phone number more than 20 times and no one ever answered. I would get a message and after several minutes it would hang up. I called another Buffalo Wild Wings and spoke with the manager their and she said she would message them to answer their phone. After repeated calls, they still did not answer their phone. This is a terrible way to do business and I will file a dispute with my bank tomorrow morning. This is the 1st time I ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings and it will be my last time as well.   Came to eat with my wife, we were waiting in the front desk there was no one there, multiple servers saw us standing and even walked by to give out to go orders and they didn’t even say anything. Just by that we knew that the service and the food was going to be mediocre even by bdubs standards….

  Arrived at the premises and there was hardly anyone dining. Got told by FoH it’ll be about 20-30 mins due to low staff. We understood that. It happens. After the lady said that she didn’t take our names or anything just walked off. She came back and asked if we would like to sit at a table; we said that’s fine. She gave us the menus and said pick a table. When we did she said can’t sit there. It has to be one of the high tables. I said to my wife well maybe they should’ve done their job and showed us to a table instead of saying sit where you like and then immediately saying you can’t sit there. Just basic hospitality. Food took absolutely forever. Again understandable due to low staffing but still shouldn’t have taken 40 minutes when there was only 6 tables total dining
