  No one was in the drive thru, customer service was excellent and she said, God Bless Me, have a great Day!... Couldn't get any better than that.

  My husband and I went here for lunch because I’m pregnant and craving Arby’s. We decided to dine in on the off chance this location might still have the three pepper sauce on pump (they didn’t sadly) but this was the cleanest Arby’s I have ever been to in my life. Honestly the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life. The service was amazing the assistant manager took our order and she was efficient and nice. The food when I tell you this was the freshest and crispiest curly fries I have ever had in my life would be an understatement. Every curly fry in that box was somehow crispy with the perfect crunch, my roast beef sandwich was delicious and my husband who isn’t a fan of the roast beef sandwich agrees. His turkey bacon ranch sandwich was fresh and PACKED with turkey, I tried a bite and I was pleasantly surprised. By far the best fast food and Arby’s experience I have ever had. Definitely coming back to this location. ❤️

  I stopped by to use the bathroom, the bathroom is outside of the building. I went inside to get access. So I asked, the young man said I have taken your order first, I said I don't need to order I just need to used the bathroom he repeated himself because I didn't think I had to purchase food to use the bathroom. So he explained that it was a rule. We'll it is a public place and by law you have to allow me access. He said I have to order something to use the bathroom. I said please go get your manager. The manager on duty was Ms. Linda older woman I explained for medical reasons I have to use the bathroom and I can hold it. She said know it isn't a public restroom like alot of place. I said mam plz alow me to use it, she said no. I said I pray that one day your someone where that you medically don't get in a pickle like myself and really have to go. I said have a Blessed Day she said the same. The one thing I didn't say because I was in trying to get to the bathroom if you are a God fearing women then you would have allowed me to use it. Jesus wouldn't have denied you of anything. I know he will teach you a lesson because you have messed with a child of God. God's children are caring and wouldn't have allowed a person with a medical condition not to be able to use the bathroom. Blessings to you Ms. Linda.
