  I placed an order online, it got canceled due to their "curbside being closed". I had used a "deal" to get discounted fries, lost this due to order being canceled. I went inside to place order again, asked if there was any way they could honor the discount I lost. They did nothing and continued to ignore myself along with other customers waiting patiently for service. Absolutely horrible service -100/10

  Stopped in real quick for some early dinner, on my way to somewhere. The burger was perfect, just like I ordered it. The fries and nuggets were hot and fresh.

  Went there this morning and left with no food that I paid for ... 7 people working in there and I sat there for 20 minutes waiting on 2 sandwiches and 2 hash browns and unfortunately I couldn't ask for a refund do to time. Avoid this place if you are on a schedule. Waited like 20 minutes and from reading these reviews I don't think corporate really cares and honestly I would just go to Wendy's or sheetz right up the street. Also their kiosks do not print receipts so when I leave the hospital I gotta go argue with some manager to get a refund with no receipt lol

  The older lady at the register is the rudest lady I have ever met in my life tried to make me take a medium caramel frappe when I clearly had ordered a large when I said I had a large man she said and that's a medium thank God this nice lady stepped in with the receipt and showed it to her and said get this lady a large where is then she refused instead of the lady made it and then she handed the lady and then the lady handed it to me and I told the other lady thank you for the much like thank you for the respect for the good God don't know what I did you know and that's the lady was like cussing me out like I don't know why I think her cuz she ain't the one he handed it to me and cursing at me and stuff that lady was rude man I cannot believe I was treated that way I about had an emotional breakdown over the stupid crap this morning I am so tired of the way people ignorantly and blissfully ignorant to one another explanation point
