  The food is so skimpy that it is a waste of money and the lady is rude even if the only thing you say to her is "I'm here to pick up my online order" When you say "Thank you" she says nothing after rudely shoving your food towards you. I have heard multiple people say she makes snide remarks if you use a coupon. I don't understand how she stays in business I have given it another chance after a couple years about 3 times now. It always turns out the same way.

  This place is a disaster. I have been coming here off and on for several years and every single time I do, it is a horrific experience. I've tried ordering in person: owner is surly and combative. I've tried ordering online: my paid order is consistently "lost" when I arrive to pick it up. This location has a very richly deserved reputation of being awful. Go a few more miles down the road to the Rockville location and save yourself the headache.

  Not only is the lady who is the franchise owner rude to all the customers but she purposely shorts ingredients on your sub. Get a 6 inch meatball sub on Mondays and she will put 3 on instead of 4. I wish Goochland would open up another fast food or sub shop so I can stop going to this place permanently.
