  I went to subway for dinner with my boyfriend. The young lady came from the back still chewing her food while the other worker was on their phone sitting down. She immediately walked up to the counter where the food was and put up her hair, then she wiped her face. She then put gloves on and started to ask what I wanted. She never washed her hands after eating, after putting up her hair, or wiping her face. I was disgusted. After she made my sub she never asked my boyfriend what he wanted even though he was standing at the beginning and I was at the register. We kinda just stood there in silence and then she finally asked if we were getting another sub, she had an attitude the whole time. And before she rang us up she let down her hair and smoothed it out. She was not very polite at all.

  The utensils and stand where not clean the food area was not wiped off and you could tell probably had not been wiped off in quite a while. There was food sitting all over the place. The tops for the food were not put down on the other food. I am a rewards member and they did not ask if I wanted to use any of my coupons even though I knew I had coupons and after looking at the receipt later, the server took two dollars off without my permission from my coupons. I am not sure what the person's name was it says on the receipt it was served by 1245 server we waited almost 30 minutes for 3 6inch subs when there wasn't even anyone else there The bread was burnt because the server took so long to take the bread out out of the oven the server was completely careless. We have been there before thou we thought the server was new but have been there at at least three other times had the same issue. The server 1245 did not say hi did not talk to us had earbuds did not say hi did not say thank you did not say welcome to Subway. We got our subs toasted, and by the time we got home, the subs were person's name was it says on the receipt it was served by 1245 subs when there wasn't even anyone else there The bread was burnt because the server took so long to take the bread out out of the oven the server was completely careless. The server 1245 did not say hi did not talk to us had earbuds in the whole time kept having to repeat ourselves because the server wouldn't take their earbuds out out of their ears. We got our subs toasted, and by the time we got home, the subs were already cold because of how long it took to get our food. Didn't even say thank you. Have a nice day. The only thing the server 1245 said was did you want the items in a bag? And didn't even ask if we wanted the sandwiches as a meal. We were very unsatisfied and will not be attending that Subway® again until the issues have been fixed with server 1245 and other problems. The server 1245 did not do a good job at representing the Subway and hasn't done a good job representing the Subway® the whole time the server has been there. They also rang us up for two foot-long instead of 3. 6 inches.

  I ordered from subway at least two days a week.. well let me just say there has been a time when I didn't even receive my order and never got my refund so thanks for stealing my money. Also I ordered the other day and never received my drink and I called them and never got a call back plus when I ask for extra lettuce I expect extra nope not those people they give you less then normal I can't wait to move out of this area the people are horrible and the way the cook food is disgusting and plus most places have roaches so beware where you eat..

  The best Subway in Gloucester, Va. There has never been a time I left not satisfied w/ service or subs I jad ordered.
