  No customers here ever for a reason. I ordered a Chicken Avocado BLT and the bacon was nearly inedible, incredibly hard to chew. The sandwich was very messily put together and barely wrapped, had a faint weird flavor/aftertaste, and didn’t have much chicken. To top it off, they didn’t even give me any avocado on my avocado BLT. The mac and cheese and bread are always good though. The service was somewhat awkward. Nobody was rude, but there were around six employees just standing around staring. It also seemed like they were laughing while looking at me and while talking to me. I’m not really sure why, but there was some giggling when I asked for mayo. Not a huge deal, just a little strange lol. I don’t think this location will be around much longer, which is disappointing since it’s so close by. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.

  Have been a Sip club member for a while now and spend a lot of time in this location given how close it is to me. Sadly, the lack of cleanliness is just astounding and I'll be cancelling. Makes you pause about how clean the kitchen / prep areas are if they can't keep the main restaurant even moderately clean. Floors sticky / dirty as if they've never been cleaned. Under the tables are ridiculously nasty. Lean down to plug in a laptop cord and you see it all. For 6 months, the microwave had a layer of nasty grime and sugar inside. Mentioned it twice and no one did anything. Ants show up periodically near the iced coffee station too. Probably due to lack of wiping that area due to the syrup. Last visit, all 3 booths hasn't been cleaned after customers left. No one could sit there. One had smeared yogurt, chips, etc left there. Of course, the customer who left it could be more respectful and clear it as best as they can. But don't leave it like that for 30+ minutes. Take some pride and train your employees. Or better yet, the manager should get out of the kitchen and see the place from time to time.

  Best Panera in the 804 hands down. The best service in town. If you want fire a Mac and cheese, bacon turkey bravo, or even a meddie veggie sandwich they will DELIVER. they put the ATE in 804. Addy and Rosa are the best. They provide quick and kind service!

  I throughly enjoyed my meal at Panera, the employee Janeek who rang my order in was very kind helped me with my order customizations. Another employee Riley was very kind, he helped my bring my order to my table.y overall experience was amazing the restaurant was very clean and organized. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends!
