  Got a broccoli and potato soup, there's meat in it!!!! And this meaty slime thing. So gross. This is the first incident I've had here and eat there regularly but this was just disgusting.

  I went to this location today to order lunches for an executive panel. I asked that each individual order be bagged separately for delivery to each person. When I deliver the food we find all food items in one bag mixed together with the exception of a bagel and the apple/baguettes in a smaller bag. Really!!?? Would you want other people handling your food like that? Next time, please follow instructions!

  I had pathetic experience with a delivery order. I placed order via the my Panera app. When the order was delivered the order was missing item. This has happened in the past and I have got it redelivered by other stores like staples mill road. So I called the store to help but the manager was very rude. She asked me to call DoorDash directly. I told her that I placed this via the my Panera app and that this could be an issue with putting item in the bag itself. But she just hung up the phone on me as I was taking a moment to think. Now when I called door dash they told me they cannot help with refund and I need to call Panera customer service. So I called Panera customer service and finally after 20 mins of talking to them they issued me a refund. The whole process took 3 phone calls and 1 hour time. The store manager could have just redlivered the missing item but she was very rude and just hung up. I will never select this store !!

  No customers here ever for a reason. I ordered a Chicken Avocado BLT and the bacon was nearly inedible, incredibly hard to chew. The sandwich was very messily put together and barely wrapped, had a faint weird flavor/aftertaste, and didn’t have much chicken. To top it off, they didn’t even give me any avocado on my avocado BLT. The mac and cheese and bread are always good though. The service was somewhat awkward. Nobody was rude, but there were around six employees just standing around staring. It also seemed like they were laughing while looking at me and while talking to me. I’m not really sure why, but there was some giggling when I asked for mayo. Not a huge deal, just a little strange lol. I don’t think this location will be around much longer, which is disappointing since it’s so close by. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.
