  The crew here is consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful. I ordered a couple sandwiches recently and when I got the bag (freaky fast) I realized I ordered the wrong size for one of them. They not only read my reaction but fixed it for me, on the spot at no extra charge even though it was completely my fault. That is S Tier service right there!

  I 💙 to post if I see exceptional customer service. It's 810pm Wednesday and Im exhausted from work and the politeness of the gentlemen in this store is wow. The kindness just being so nice even at the end of the shift is amazing. Truly customer service is born from the heart from cashier to guy preparing my sandwich details not missing them listening to customer asking making sure its prepared with love. The management who hired them kudos yr store is amazing 👏 in it with these awesome employees. To the parents of these gentlemen great job 👏 🙌. Please come support this JIMMY JOHNS store because from the moment you walk in the kindness will leave you taken aback, genuine. They have sandwiches made with love and you can taste it. I've have a tuna salad sandwich 🥪 taste nasty elsewhere no great customer service and the sandwich taste just as bad. Keep it up JIMMY thank you made my night 🌙

  Great place! The food is always good and the staff is fast and professional. For delivery drivers using Uber Eats or DoorDash, this is definitely the best Jimmy John's in Richmond. Orders are usually ready on time and pickup is quick and easy. Makes deliveries smooth. Highly recommend!

  I don’t visit JJ often but I appreciate the staffs’ patience while I was making my decision on my order. Food was ready as soon as I finished placing my order and my sandwich (#8 Billy club) was fantastic.
