  We have always been pleased until last night. We went online and ordered @ 5:49. We were notified 7-17 minutes We waited and went in at 5:59 we waited a long time and the clerk said much later "your pizza is not ready it will be about 20 minutes even though the clerk put another one on top of our pizza. Then a pizza was handed to my husband well after time-frame on your board. When we got it home it was cold !!! Over

  Shoutout to Jonathan! but not a Shoutout to Management. One person working, and about 14 orders and hes doing all of it on his own. Give him a raise and hire some more people for help. Fyi; The AC is out and they have staff working in 100 degree conditions, which will be reported.

  Do not order delivery. It will take a minimum of 1 hour plus. My hand tossed pizza crust had no seasoning or garlic butter on it. It was just plain crust. And my chicken Alfredo pasta had little to no Alfredo sauce. Read all the bad reviews. The owner must not care. This location needs to be investigated!

  Ordered delivery and had one of the worst experiences I’ve had with this location. My driver, “Josh,” claimed he couldn’t access my apartment because he didn’t have the entry code. That makes no sense—the code was added weeks ago by a manager and has worked perfectly for multiple deliveries, including one the night before. When I explained this, he implied it was my fault. I asked for a refund and he said “sure,” then hung up on me before I could even finish speaking. Completely unprofessional. I called back and spoke to “Jeramia,” who said he was a manager and that a refund would be processed later when another manager comes in. We’ll see if that actually happens. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but this was sloppy, dismissive, and frustrating. Do better.

  What a terrible store. This Domino’s is an absolute joke. I placed an online delivery order at 6:11 p.m. on a Sunday, and the app estimated about a 60-minute wait. By 8:00 p.m., I still had no food, and the tracker was stuck on the “checking your food for excellence” step. I called the store to get an update, but after getting no answer for around 10 minutes, I decided to drive there and pick it up myself. When I arrived, I was second in line. You would think someone would at least acknowledge the customers and say, “We’ll be right with you.” Not at this Domino’s. Another customer and I stood there while two employees in the back joked around and completely ignored the front of the store. After about 5 minutes with no acknowledgment, the lobby started filling up. At that point, there were 6 or 7 people waiting, and still no one came to help anyone at the counter. Several more minutes passed before a guy finally came out, saw the full lobby, ignored all of the customers, and started pulling pizzas out of the oven. What I watched next was disgusting. The same employee adjusted his pants, ran his hands through his hair, fixed his hat, dropped it, brushed it off, put it back on, and then immediately went back to handling pizzas, cutting them, and acting like nothing had happened. After almost 3 hours of waiting for 3 pizzas, and dealing with a completely disrespectful crew that ignored paying customers, I asked to cancel my order. Of course, that was the one thing they were able to do quickly. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
