  The arcade is really small with limited options and is missing classics like air hockey. The all day pass doesn't give you access to 15% of the games and limits your ticket wins. Not worth the money.

  We decided to come to Dave & Busters as an alternative to our Kings Dominion trip because of the rain. This was not our first time but it was the best time we had. The restaurant was clean and our server Erykah was great. She was very polite, quick, and was able to remember all of our orders without writing them down! The food was actually good and flavorful. Really enjoyed our time.

  Solid service from Marc at the bar. He never missed a beat; fast, courteous and all over our needs. The bar had all different NFL games on, solid appetizer specials and great drinks. I’ll be back next week!

  This was by far the worst Dave & Buster’s location I have ever been to. The staff, while friendly, were completely incompetent, lacking basic customer service skills and basic task management. We were not even given silverware or napkins. My order was very simple: boneless wings, Caesar salad, and fries. The boneless wings came out in about 25 minutes, while the fries and salad took an hour to come out, after I was told multiple times, “It will be brought out very soon. We only have one chef back there in the back. Don’t worry, I got it covered.” “It will be ready in 2 minutes.” <—12 minutes later After an hour of waiting on a salad (no big deal), it was given to me without silverware, and the waitress (Kody or Cody) just walked off. Mind you, the restaurant was not busy at all. I called the waitress over and told her I wanted the salad and fries removed from the receipt, and then she disappeared. I asked a bus girl if I could speak to a manager. Come to find out, the manager was in the back cooking? So instead, the manager, whom I never got to talk to, sent the bus girl back out in their place to address the situation. The waitress tried to fix everything with some $25 play cards, but those are pretty useless if we aren’t ever going back. Normally, I would not be this upset about this, but they definitely did not give any effort at all. Honestly, it was just a horrible experience. The game room is equally as bad stuffed into the corner of the building with very few choices or variety, thus the uselessness of the Play Cards! Someone get the Manager off the Cooking Line please and inform the waitresses that silverware and napkins are a part of their job. And in the end the bill was still $80. If the owner sees this review I certainly hope he or she reaches out for the sake of their future customers.

  Bri was over exemplary with her service, 100 out of 10 rating really enjoyed her company. Honestly she felt more like family checking in to make sure we were okay. She Even took the time to help my wife and daughter decide on a meal they became indecisive on a choice, thank you so much Bri we’ll be honored to have you at our table again when we return!!!
