  Placed order online. Pretty straightforward. Picked up order. Realized after getting home (40 minutes away) that 3 items were missing from the order. Extra side of chicken, extra queso, and 10 taco shells. I understand maybe missing one item, but 3? Come on. The order tickets are even stuck on the outside of the bags, showing what should be packed in there. My mistake was assuming the order would be packed correctly and checked for accuracy.

  “I drove 20 minutes to this location because it had better reviews than the one near me, but unfortunately this visit was very disappointing. An employee appeared high and began cleaning the glass over the food while food was exposed, causing cleaning chemicals to potentially come into contact with the food. When I raised the concern, the manager dismissed it, even though another employee had to tell him to stop. To make matters worse, a fly landed on the chicken, and when I pointed it out, the employee acted as if he didn’t hear me and still attempted to serve that same piece. I left immediately after that. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.”

  I just had the best experience I have ever had at Chipotle or really any fast food style restaurant. I eat at Chipotle several times a month and the service provided by Michael and Kimitria was amazing. They were both energetic to be there and attentive to my grandson that had not eaten here before. Great job guys!!!

  If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered and paid for a chicken bowl and a CHICKEN burrito. Dropped the burrito off to friend and they tell me today there was NO CHICKEN in the burrito. So what did I pay for? It’s just not that hard l, it really is not, it is not like anyone is busy cleaning the drink area which is gross. I will make sure I share with people to avoid this location as it is a complete ripoff and dirty. Negative zero. Someone from corporate replied to my review. No I will not contact corporate, I told you what happened. It is not my JOB to tell you how to improve bad service, wrong orders and dirty food spaces. Read your other reviews and just do YOUR job.I am not in the payroll

  Came 1hr before closing and they had no chips, no forks, one of kitchen staff with no gloves swapping out metal food containers. Only saving grace was this one girl who was clearly doing the work of three people , serving, cutting chicken, all while remaining friendly.
