  Very bad customer service I came here around 8pm July 7th and the customer service was so bad the 3 workers there were so rude to me and my friend when ordering almost like they were annoyed making our food. The Asian girl made a smark remark when I asked for half chicken and half honey chicken and even charged me double instead Do Not go Here unless you absolutely Need to !!!

  Have been buying ‘Build your own’ for my kids from this place for couple of years. Since past few weeks, the food quality has deteriorated. The chicken is always burnt and salty. I need to pick out the burnt pieces before letting my kids eat. I also take an extra side of chicken and today there was a lady who barely added any chicken in the side container. Paying $4 for few pieces of chicken out of which half is burnt is not acceptable. I hope management sees this and fixes the issue.

  This feedback is for the mgt team of this branch . Multiple Google reviews mention the same issue consistently:unusually small portions in online orders. Today, I paid about $32 for three burrito bowls and was disappointed by the portion sizes in all of them. Either management is ignoring repeated customer feedback, or online orders are not being prepared according to Chipotle’s standards. Customers who order online should receive the same value for money and quality as those who order in person. Until this issue is addressed, they are sure to loose business from loyal chipotle customers

  The young black girl on shift today (6/2/2026) at 6:30 PM had the worst attitude I've ever seen. She encountered a young man requesting more chicken (or whatever meat it was) and proceeded to yell "DOUBLE?" in the most rude manner. Her coworkers were even looking at each other after the awkward moment. She then assisted us and was rude to my fiance when requesting his drink size. Lastly, she helped the gentleman behind us who requested a tortilla from the young blonde girl (she seemed new) and the blonde girl asked the young black girl for assistance. She asks the gentleman "What do you want?" And he says a tortilla. She then rudely and loudly responds "a SIDE TORTILLA?" and he says yes sorry I didn't realize that's what it was called. As if we are all studying the chipotle menu for this day. Terrible experience and this is my first time ever leaving a review. It was that bad. It didn't help that the chicken was burned either.
