I saw them starting to make it but they keep walking away from it. I asked the status of my order and they all ignored me.

One time we got there within an hour of opening and they had no meat available. The next time we went within an hour of closing and they had no sour cream, no lettuce, no cheese. The only thing they had were peppers and they still charged us full price. Then when I got home my husband's chicken bowl had flies in it when he first opened it. We will never eat here again. We also recommend everyone else not eat here.

Team member went to pick it up and the Chipotle employee informed her that she didn't have a catering order. When the Chipotle employee looked in the computer, she found that there was an order that she had missed so the food was not ready at the schedule pick up time. No apology was offered, they wouldn't even provide free queso for the inconvenience. They really didn't seem to care.

There wasn’t a single clean table available to sit at, and the dining area was messy with trash and food left behind. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant made me question the food safety standards being followed. To make matters worse, the chicken I was served was cold, which is a serious food safety concern. Food should be served at the proper temperature, and receiving cold chicken was unacceptable. This location needs to be investigated by the health department to ensure proper sanitation and food handling practices are being followed. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements before someone gets sick.
