Last time it was quac. Then you can't get a refund. They tell you to go on the app. Today my mobile order was scheduled for 8:20p and I sent my son to pick it up. While I'm sitting outside I'm watching people go in and place orders get served before my son. Finally at 8:32p I go in and ask where is the order because the app says it's ready. I'm told it's not ready and half of the order still hasn't been made. So why did they update the app as ready for pickup. Clearly they are falsifying order times. Further the dining area is never clean. I will stop visiting this location.

I usually never have a problem with my food leaking but not this time. The food leaked out of the bag and on to my seats. I blame it on the lack of rice and beans. The location appears to be in a fairly high traffic area and it was near the end of the night on a Saturday so I'm trying to cut the crew a little slack.
