  Love this location ; haven’t been in a while but I always get a decent portion size compared to most ! Better than the short pump one too in regards to service since it’s not as busy as that location during lunch times

  I had an excellent experience at CAVA! The food was tasty and filling. There was a lot of variety in choices. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided timely service. The place was clean, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. I definitely recommend this place.

  Rude staff lentils are NEVER cooked right they are either dry or literally uncooked. Won’t be coming again delete the app not worth the money.

  stopped by the CAVA location on Brook Road of Richmond yesterday, and the service I received was fantastic. The employee who helped me I believed his name start with a k was incredibly welcoming, patient, and made sure my bowl was perfectly crafted. It’s rare to see such great attention to detail and a genuinely positive attitude during a busy dinner rush excellent customer service
