  We had a great experience at CAVA thanks to a young guy with glasses whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. He was incredibly kind and especially patient with my 82-year-old mom, which meant a lot to me and my family. He took his time, made sure she understood the options, and never rushed us. Customer service like that is rare, and he truly made this one of the best experiences I’ve had at CAVA.

  I have always enjoyed the VCC Cava location, but today’s experience was so exceptional that I felt compelled to leave a review. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Their dedication to making every visit a positive experience truly stands out, and it’s clear they value both their customers and their employees.

  Our experience at Cava was decent. The ambience is lovely and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They have well maintained restrooms here with a changing table for babies. We got a falafel crunch bowl and a BYB bowl. Although everything looked amazing, I’ve had better falafel bowls and sadly this one didn’t live up to the expectations. But we had a good time and would love to come back and try other dishes!

  Food- BOMB! Service- TOP TIER! Rueben was A+Mazing! He was so knowledgeable and had thee best customer service. I’m new to Cava and Rueben was super welcoming! Loved the food and the service. Money well spent compared to the other “C” place that runs out of chicken or cheese by 6pm…

  Great food and really nice staff here today! Love the veg options, lentils taste amazing, and truly satisfying. Love the cal counts and clarity in communications and on the menu. Sumac pita! Yes!
