  I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits on the mobile app. Picked it up in drive thru. When I got back out onto 29, I pulled the first one out of the bag and it had peice of bacon. Pulled the second one out and to my surprise there was no bacon on it all. I tried to call the store a few times and no one answered.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent drive-thru experience. I ordered large sizes, but both the fries and the Sprite were significantly underfilled—nowhere near a standard 'large.' When I raised this issue at the window, the staff dismissively blamed the 'automated system' and offered no correction or apology. If the system is automated, it should ensure consistent quality, not serve as an excuse for poor portions. I left feeling cheated and ignored. I expect much better quality control and customer service from this location

  Used the self kiosk to order (kind of forced too cause no one at the front register)....anyways not that big deal and would rather do so anyways. Why the score is dinged, after I placed my order the receipt paper was out, don't really care, but just so happens a manger was coming out of the restroom, I had told her the self the kiosk was out of receipt paper. She just stared at me like what?? I had to point to the machine, point to the receipt part and repeat its out of paper. She looked then walked to the back loudly speaking spanish to someone, sorry to bother you by alerting your kiosk was out of paper, my bad so rude of me.

  Wife and I came in for gravy biscuits, they weren't on the kiosk menu and no people to ask. New layout has nobody at the front, all the staff is behind a wall with one person running food out who just directed us back to the kiosk. Ordered pancakes, when they came out we were told they're out of syrup and offered grape jelly...

  I tried to order breakfast today, two burritos and a hotcake meal. I am on bedrest due to surgery so what I can eat is limited. I sent my boyfriend to go pick up our food and they asked him for confirmation. So I sent him a screenshot, and that still wasn’t good enough. They asked for a second confirmation and took a photo of the screenshot I sent him. He’s told I need to go into the app and select “already here.” After I did that, it shows they canceled my order. I’ve never had issues picking up from here until today, and I’m so disappointed. All I wanted was to eat as I recover from surgery, and all we got was a hard time and frustration.
