My order said it was ready 38 minutes ago and I have been standing in front of the pickup window and still don’t have my order yet. The employees aren’t calling names out - with the chaos it seems they have given up (really I feel bad for them - they were very understaffed for this)

Then i saw it had no bacon, so i went back into the store and they gave me bacon on the side to put in the sandwich myself. When i got back home, i opened the burger again and i saw the it also didnt have grilled onions like i ordered, but it was too late to go back into the store since i was already home. And lastly, i also ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was very difficult to drink since it wasnt mixed properly so there were big pieces of strawberry that wouldnt pass through the straw Overall very disappointed, especially with the fact that it was almost $23.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
