  Asked Half steak and chicken They put the meat like its gold. I was able to count the chicken pieces tbh. 6 little pieces of chicken and 8 little pieces of steak Asked them why is that. Ooh its not me. Its management who told us. Will never ever come back to this store.

  With all the poor reviews, I wanted to leave a positive one. This is a great Chipotle! In the early 2020’s I couldn’t say the same but they have severely upped their game. I frequent this location very often and haven’t experienced any issues in a very long time. The staff is incredibly nice, but they are also incredibly busy all the time so they’re not able to give personal interactions to every person they see. It’s a bit ridiculous some of these reviews are commenting that “someone didn’t smile at them”. They’re busy and working hard!! The line is always very long when I go so yes, people can be a bit tired, that’s fine but they still get the job done and the food tastes amazing! Special shout out to Mary/Maria (not sure if I’m getting her name correct) because she ALWAYS puts a smile on my face.

  My least favorite location, I'm looking forward to the two new locations they'll be opening up but overall this location sucks! They are so stingy with the food. I asked for extra cheese on my quesadilla and the worker flat-out pointed at my quesadilla and said no. I then repeated myself and she stared at me annoyed and then she added the three pieces of cheese her fingers could grab. After that they placed it in the mini oven and the machine is beeping for over a minute and no one took it out and the manager upfront is screaming "quesadilla, quesadilla" then finally someone goes "I didn't put it in but I'll take it out" keep in mind that the quesadillas are baked right behind the cashier, it would've been a lot easier if someone would've just taken it out. By the time I'm in my car I noticed how burnt it was I had lost my appetite. Looks like this isn't a new concern as there are so many reviews discussing how stingy they are. I'm literally paying $16 for a chicken and cheese quesadilla and I only get 2 our of the 3 sides that are offered and they still want to act this way. Not going back to this location.

  My experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill was extremely disappointing. While we were eating, we found something strange and unusual in the food. We told the employee, and instead of apologizing or taking the situation seriously, he simply said “it’s ok,” removed it from the plate, and threw it away like nothing happened. There was no apology, no offer to replace the meal, and no concern at all about food safety or customer satisfaction. The attitude was very unprofessional and disrespectful. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their hygiene and customer service.

  I’m a regular customer at Chipotle Mexican Grill, and I recently had a disappointing experience in this branch .I ordered a chicken bowl and found a tomato pedicel in my food. When I asked the cashier to replace the bowl, he told me to simply remove it and continue eating. I found that response unacceptable. As a customer, I should not be expected to remove foreign objects from my food and continue the meal. After expressing my frustration, the cashier eventually offered to replace the bowl, but said it would be the same portion size because I had already eaten some of it, implying that I was trying to take advantage of the situation. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and it did not reflect the level of service I expect.
